Sometime in Jan my insurer appointed assess tech to assess my two TV(s) that had stopped functioning. I was told one needs to be replaced, second one got fixed. Assess tech sent both TVs to salvage and they kept lying to me for more than a month that they’re on their way to deliver the tv, it was raining hard so they couldn’t deliver the tv, etc. So many excuses. Today it’s March, I am still waiting. Mind you, no one ever called me. I had to call them more than 20 times following up, then, eventually, yesterday I was informed that my tv was sent to salvage. Every time I called I was promised a call back and never received any. I think insurance companies should rethink doing business with this company.
