Sometime in Jan my insurer appointed assess tech to assess my two TV(s) that had stopped functioning. I was told one needs to be replaced, second one got fixed. Assess tech sent both TVs to salvage and they kept lying to me for more than a month that they’re on their way to deliver the tv, it was raining hard so they couldn’t deliver the tv, etc. So many excuses. Today it’s March, I am still waiting. Mind you, no one ever called me. I had to call them more than 20 times following up, then, eventually, yesterday I was informed that my tv was sent to salvage. Every time I called I was promised a call back and never received any. I think insurance companies should rethink doing business with this company.

This site is a ****. I bought a flight ticket on the 3rd of Jan. This morning I see a transaction. I asked my banker to check & I’m told eDreams subscribed me to something I have no idea how I am going to benefit. I haven’t stored any bank details on my profile, however they saved my credit card details.
If you want to have peace of mind and keep your house as beautiful, please use someone else not these guys. Their work is untidy & it seems they used my project to learn how to do their job. 1. they created holes on my floor tiles without even discussing with me, while trying to fit the glass. Why were the measurements not accurate? 2. They took days to come fit despite giving us installation time. From there, they kept postponing 3. When they eventually installed, they worked at night living permanent burn marks on the glass, overall misaligned fittings in several areas. 4. The most unprofessional decision was installing the glass in a way that it serves no purpose whatsoever from a safety standpoint. We need to replace this at some point in the future We called them to come have a look and it’s been 2 months waiting
Gutted to hear that an extra few hundred kms on my Landtrek means I need to pay for the service from my own pocket. The car is brand new, was due for 2500km service and I only had time to take it in this morning at 3000km. Very disappointed with this level of service from Peugeot. I do not see myself recommending a Peugeot to anyone.
I’m a little bit disappointed with the response level from the private clients home loan team. I needed help with something, it’s been weeks with no luck. I made calls several times, get promised a call back but nothing despite sending emails.
Beware of this company Slab homes trading as African readymix (registration number 2006/139711/23), address at 9 Havelock Road, Willow Park Manor, Eco Industrial Park, Pretoria, VAT number 4190274557. Thulani (082 5177 376) is a *****. He will take your money as deposit and never do the job. He took a deposit of R30 000 and he has since disappeared with my money since August 2024. This was after many promises to do the work and at some point he stopped responding. He is not running a company but a ****. This guy is a **** of note who never keeps his word. If you decide to give him business, it’s at your own risk. I still regret the day my Engineer recommended this ****.
Beware of Serengeti rentals (Jessica Meyer , Shanice du Preez) before you move in to their apartments. It’s all nice and well, but the day you decide to move out you will realise you’re dealing with devils. They **** about few items claiming I didn’t clean the house, I broke something inside the fridge etc. Mind you, the pictures before I moved in showed the same defects. It seems every tenant is told to pay upon exit, defects don’t get fixed then the next tenant is told to pay again. Obviously they don’t share with you the pictures taken when you move in so they can **** you at the end. Upon my exit, they claimed to have cleaned the inside of a griller for R2400, to paint a 1m x1.5m wall for R1500 and they deducted the money from my deposit. I didn’t have an issue but they had shown that they’re *********. Employee of the company (Suzan Hart) owns a cleaning company and is the one invoicing tenants for cleaning upon exit. There is no way to explain this kind of ****gery. How much would it cost to clean the entire house if it cost R2400 just to clean a tray inside griller? The griller was cleaned and there was one tray missed. How much would it cost to paint the entire house if it’s R1500 for a small side of the wall? This is nonsensical and ****gery.
If I could give a negative score, I would do that. I have engaged with Tanya (she’s supposedly the account manager), what a joke of an employee. You call and explain to her the issue, she will be so nice to you saying I will have a look just now but she does nothing all the time. I first requested her to correct the monthly bill in January 2025 and credit my account because I had paid additional money around November 2024. Today is the 16 of April, nothing has been done & I get charged interest too. This is after ‘I don’t know’ how many calls and emails. The service is appalling to say the least.
If I could rate them a zero I would. The most ********* and time wasting bank. I put a new credit application 6 days ago then 2 days later I cancelled it because I needed to consolidate the required documents. During this time, capitec is going into my profile doing a credit enquiry everyday. I called the number provided online several times, and no one knows the answer. I am referred to this department, the next one then back to the previous one and all consultants are clueless about the issue and they cannot help or atleast identify why this is happening.
