My vehicle was damaged in an accident and the assessor didn't approve my vehicle's computer box which got damaged in the accident. It has been two months now to get Hollard to approve my claim. Ford Silverlakes did send them a full report with a photo but still declined my claim. I have been with Hollard for more than 20 years and the problem started when my broker joined Legacy. My advice to all looking for insurance, please stay away from Hollard who is now using the broker firm Legacy. They have treated me as a long customer of Hollard like a *****.
