Ernest

Client service – some people do it because they’ve to do it, but some do it passion. On Friday the 16th of April, I dealt with Ernest regarding my car. He outdid what was dealing with previously at Budget insurance – I mean, he assessed my car in less than 8 hours… He phoned me a couple of times just to make sure that I am satisfied as a client. To Ernest keep it up, continue exceeding the client’s expectation and one day it will pay off.
