They are either on drugs or super disorganised at this shop

I ordered a compression garment online on the 19th of November. On the website you can order the size, and pay for delivery. I contacted the shop on Tuesday 21 Nov because the order on the website seemed to just say "processing". I got an email back asking me what I ordered and when I want to come for a treatment. I had to tell them I only want the garment and I want it sent to me. I waited a week, and then sent a mail asking for a refund. Then got a call on Sunday night (26 Nov) around 9pm assuring me they will send it the next morning. It arrived and was the wrong size. They claimed the website doesn't tell them the size I filled in so it's not their fault (I disagree, it's your website, so you should make it so that it captures the correct size). Then I asked for a refund again, then they sent a courier to collect the wrong garment, and drop off a package. This package was the wrong package aimed for a different person and not me. So now it's Wednesday 29 Nov (10 days after I placed the order) and I still do not have my garment. I would not recommend you buy any compression garment from this shop, rather buy from Surgery Sisters in Illovo.
