I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and share my outstanding experience with your clinic. After undergoing a costly facelift with a plastic surgeon that left me deeply disillusioned and upset due to unresolved issues and lingering loose skin, I felt the need to explore alternative solutions. This is when I came across Asteria Aesthetics on Facebook, and I was immediately captivated by your beautiful and professionally designed website. The elegance and warmth of your online presence drew me in, and I was further impressed by your affordable pricing, especially in comparison to the steep costs I encountered elsewhere in Johannesburg. From the moment I arrived at Asteria, I was made to feel completely welcome. Dr Botha carefully assessed my concerns and acknowledged the areas where improvement was needed. His understanding and professional demeanor reassured me, and I decided to proceed with another facelift in your rooms under Dr Boths's care at a quarter of the plastic surgeons price. While the numbing injections were admittedly not for the faint-hearted, I felt no discomfort during the actual procedure. The process went smoothly, and the healing journey that followed was surprisingly manageable. Now, a month later, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My wrinkles are gone and my skin looks ultra smooth, and I feel like I have a renewed sense of confidence. I often find myself gazing into the mirror, amazed at the beautiful transformation your team has achieved. I am especially touched by the care and attention I received from Dr Botha. From the follow-up call to inquire about my recovery, to the statement that your goal is client happiness over profit, your dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Every visit to Asteria was marked by professionalism and care, whether for treatments or follow-up appointments. I have been to many clinics and salons, but Asteria stands head and shoulders above the rest. I cannot recommend Asteria highly enough. To anyone seeking aesthetic treatments, I say with confidence. A true 5-star experience
An amazing professional team, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Dr Botha, put me at ease and consequently the procedure was a fabulous experience. Dr Botha receives top marks -excellent end result plus a lovely caring attitude from the beginning, up until the day of the final check-up. A true 5-star experience.

They are either on drugs or super disorganised at this shop
I ordered a compression garment online on the 19th of November. On the website you can order the size, and pay for delivery. I contacted the shop on Tuesday 21 Nov because the order on the website seemed to just say "processing". I got an email back asking me what I ordered and when I want to come for a treatment. I had to tell them I only want the garment and I want it sent to me. I waited a week, and then sent a mail asking for a refund. Then got a call on Sunday night (26 Nov) around 9pm assuring me they will send it the next morning. It arrived and was the wrong size. They claimed the website doesn't tell them the size I filled in so it's not their fault (I disagree, it's your website, so you should make it so that it captures the correct size). Then I asked for a refund again, then they sent a courier to collect the wrong garment, and drop off a package. This package was the wrong package aimed for a different person and not me. So now it's Wednesday 29 Nov (10 days after I placed the order) and I still do not have my garment. I would not recommend you buy any compression garment from this shop, rather buy from Surgery Sisters in Illovo.

Love Asteria Aesthetics!
I wish I knew about this place sooner! I 100% recommend Asteria aesthetics. The people (from the receptionist to the manager, Doctor, Ceo ect) are so friendly and they genuinely care about YOU as a client/patient and not just about money. I'm so thankful that I have discovered this gem.

Love Asteria Aesthetics!
I wish I knew about this place sooner! I 100% recommend Asteria aesthetics. The people (from the receptionist to the manager, Doctor, Ceo ect) are so friendly and they genuinely care about YOU as a client/patient and not just about money. I'm so thankful that I have discovered this gem.

I call them my family in beauty. Because that's exactly how I feel when I enter for an appointment. Dr Botha is exceptional in what he does and the whole team just makes you feel at home because let's face it, it can get a little awkward depending on what procedure you're up for. But these guys are next-level profesh while still giving you the warm & fuzzies to make you feel comfortable and at home. Keep it up beauty squad, you guys truly have the X-factor!

Bio Dermal: R1730 GONE ON SKIN PRODUCTS THAT BURNT MY FACE
I went to them for a dermaplanning and chemical peel combo. The lady was nice but told me that the skin products I was using were horrible and that I should buy theirs because they were medicinal and guaranteed to work in a short space of time. I bought them. When I applied the first time, my skin was itching, I assumed it was because I just had the therapy, but on day 3 my neck was burning too, it seems like a rash developed there as well as ****les on my chin. I re-washed my face and applied clere lotion and the burn sensation went down. It was clear that the products were the cause. I tried to contact them to ask and get clarity, the receptionist told me I would be called back, I sent and email, no response, I sent messages on their Instagram page, no response. R1730 gone on products that didn't help me and burnt my skin. This January. The products are called BioDermal, comprising of sunscreen, face wash, lotion, and a concentrate.
