From the moment I arrived at Asteria, I was made to feel completely welcome. Dr Botha carefully assessed my concerns and acknowledged the areas where improvement was needed. His understanding and professional demeanor reassured me, and I decided to proceed with another facelift in your rooms under Dr Boths's care at a quarter of the plastic surgeons price. While the numbing injections were admittedly not for the faint-hearted, I felt no discomfort during the actual procedure. The process went smoothly, and the healing journey that followed was surprisingly manageable. Now, a month later, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. My wrinkles are gone and my skin looks ultra smooth, and I feel like I have a renewed sense of confidence. I often find myself gazing into the mirror, amazed at the beautiful transformation your team has achieved. I am especially touched by the care and attention I received from Dr Botha. From the follow-up call to inquire about my recovery, to the statement that your goal is client happiness over profit, your dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Every visit to Asteria was marked by professionalism and care, whether for treatments or follow-up appointments. ****med into DEBT REVIEW I see I am not the only person with this experience. I was completely ****med and misled by MY DEBT HERO and placed unknowingly under DEBT REVIEW. Around November 2022 an agent called me and informed me that he would assist me to reduce my interest rates on various of my credit card debts and that I would benefit from monthly savings on my credit repayments should I enlist their office's services. I was told that if I had a good credit record I would be able to have my interest rate substantially reduced and not pay the normal stipulated high interest rate which obviously excited me. Not once in the whole conversation did the word DEBT REVIEW come up nor did the agent inform me I was in fact consenting to go into DEBT REVIEW which I do not need as I have always been able to pay all my accounts and have a good credit score. During this discussions, the agent asked for my signature without sending any documentation via my phone which I unmindfully signed without reading anything as it was sent onto my phone for a signature. At no given time was any contents of DEBT REVIEW explained to me as I would otherwise never have consented to it. At all material times, I was given the impression all along that I was communicating with the call centre agent for the purposes of reducing my interest rates on various of my accounts and not for being placed under DEBT REVIEW. It is evident that I was induced into concluding such application as a result of the agents misleading and deceptive representations. Had he fully disclosed its true intention, I would have not concluded the said application. When I realized my mistake I immediately contacted the agent who to this day has not ever even contacted me back but within a few days all my accounts and credit cards had been flagged and I had no more access to my accounts. And that without any assessment of my affordability via my bank statements or knowing my affordability. I had to get an Attorney involved who agreed that there was no consensus between the respective parties when concluding said application and accordingly, to this end, the agreement in law is void and has no legal effect. A void action cannot be ratified or validated. We also asked for a copy of the voice recordings which was never sent as this would have proven my conversation to have been completely untruthful and misleading. No proper assessment of my income against expenditure was ever even done as it would have been evident that I do not require DEBT REVIEW. Chantal Mans from DEBT REVIEW was totally unhelpful and even tried to prolong the whole process in each and every way as to refer this back to the NCR to make a final decision to release me, evidently very sour g****s of no commission earned on their behalf. She prolonged this process on purpose just to inconvenience me further. I WAS ****MED!! Simple. Frightening how quick they were able to just block me on every corner to gain control of my finances and prolong the whole procedure. It is sad to know that there must be many others who got ****med the same way as I did and that don’t have the means to get Attorneys involved for assistance as without them, I would still be in DEBT REVIEW. MY DEBT HERO is a misleading and ********* company that uses unfair and untrue tactics to coerce you to sign up with their services for the wrong reasons and then place you into DEBT REVIEW to make money out of you. BE AWARE!! Don’t get caught like I did.

Last year we ordered a bedroom wall unit and made the fatal mistake to pay R 24000 upfront. Covid came and our installation was put on hold for 6 months. Tiri the owner then started giving us the run around as he evidently had long spent the money. First, his vehicle got hijacked, then he supposedly got Covid (couldn’t produce the test results) and after putting him under pressure to have the work completed, he finally came. He arrived at our premises with the wrong colour and argued with me that this is what I had ordered when I had even ordered parts in gloss finish. The colour was completely wrong and we realized why as he had the audacity to arrive her with old off cuts he had finally gathered together to fool us in installation these sub-standard off cuts.. He denied that the wood was old and used, very evidently (pity I cannot attach pictures here) old material and lied where he had ordered the wood from as I approached the named company afterwards who made very clear that they would never supply such bad quality, inferior wood. The colour I had ordered which was clearly marked with the company’s product name on is not even a colour that this company has but course he refused to pay back any money and still argued that this absolute rubbish was new and paid for. He is a complete liar and dishonest person, don’t use him for any installations, who in his right mind thinks he can conduct himself in such an unprofessional manner. And tell the customer what he thinks they ordered to suit himself. Absolutely shocking. I should have done my homework properly and not used an unknown company that I thought I would support. Stay away from him and his false advertising on Facebook, a huge chancer.
Afrihost came highly recommended to us. I signed up via their website, received a Client Zone e mail to welcome me. After not hearing from them for a week, I decided to call to be told that I don't even exist on their system ?? After sending the ID copy in, I received 3 e mails from different consultants welcoming me to Afrihost and that I was now live. I contacted them to say this was not possible as nobody had come through to our premises. I was then informed that my husbands Id has been linked to a different person and account . I asked to speak to a Supervisor who was going to call me back. Never did, a few days later again. No call back. No one has even bothered to contact me , 2 days Iater AGAIN, I hung on endlessly and called them. The lady asked me for all the correspondence and promised to get back to me . NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!! and no one seems to know what is going on. Its been a joke to say the least. 3 weeks later, shambles, no calls,no connection ,no anything. And a chance of receiving bills from another person now connected on my husbands ID I am beyond frustrated, irritated and this is Afrihost that was recommended to me ?? Never again !!!!

And I am on holiday now for a month and cannot even have this amounts reversed. Really!!!! This is beyond incompetence. </p> <p>What is going on here. More than a year later.? <p>I wrote to this forum more than 2 months ago. I canceled my cellphone contrac through the proper Channels more than 10 months ago and still have various amounts debited off my Account on any days of the month. A Telkom person by the name of Monieb sent me an e mail 2 months ago to say they would sort out my problem . NOTHING. Not even a phone call ...Follow up e mails...NOTHING .!!!!!!! Amounts of up to R 2000 a day are being taken off my Account, sometimes twice a month. Who can afford this ?? I am beyond frustrated . <p>I had a cell phone contract with Telkom Mobile (R 14999 unlimited) which I cancelled in November 2015 following all the correct channels. It is now June 2016 and EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAIL.. on any time of the month, I have various amounts being deducted off my account as I had set up a debit order with Telkom. Sometimes up to R 6500 a month. Who can afford this? I have spent hrs at my bank reversing these amounts, only to have....more different amounts taken off. I cannot stop this Debit order as the amounts change every time. I have, spent hrs... phoning Telkom. Talking to various staff to be told... It won't happen again. And yet.. Without fail...it does. I have insisted to speak to various, Supervisors.. who are never available, on lunch etc .. Will call me back. Not even ONE has even bothered to return my call. I have gone into Telkom branches. Nothing has made a difference. Last month, I was eventually told that my contract could not be cancelled as they couldn't get hold of me that time. Only to find out.. they were phoning some arbitrary number that isn't even mine anyway. ??? NOT my problem that you are all so incompetent and your Accounts Department seriously does not know what they are doing. I will AGAIN.... go into my Branch and AGAIN reverse all the un- authorised debit orders this month. </p> <p>This has become so unacceptable. Pathetic. I am beyond frustrated.. I want this sorted out URGENTLY Once and for all..... </p>
<p>I have now hung onto the phoe to MTN for 50 Minutes .. and still waiting for someone to answere my call on my Insurance claim. Last week the same story. I hung on more than 30 Minutes before someone answered my call .. only to be told.. we are very busy,,, PATHETIC . My e mails have also gone un answered.</p> <p>I thought Altech Autopage was bad but you people now top the list . Shocking Service and I am a Business Customer .. </p>
