I joined Elamant at the beginning of 2020. We really did very well and earned an amazing income. We invited friends and family to join us on the platform and things went well. But then Ryan Evans decided to make so many changes that we could no longer receive any payouts. There was always something changing and weeks and months have now gone by and all of my team have given up, all the monthly subscriptions we paid all for nothing. It was devastating for us from December when week after week our payouts were cancelled. The holidays were a disaster for all of us as Elamant at that stage, due to Covid was our only source of income. Ryan Evans solely destroyed the lives of many many people here in Africa, without even blinking. The thing that makes me so mad is that he earns, his staff are paid well but the people that are the heart of the business are not looked after. Today marks my last day with this company. I have been hanging in there with the belief that this man will actually do good for his people, but I am afraid my faith has been destroyed and even if I wanted to stay, I cannot represent a company that steals people's money. The paycard from Uulala was a scam too. Paid $99 for that and we were told we could get a refund, well more than a month now and I am still getting the run around. A fraud case should be opened for both of these companies.... today I move on to bigger and better. Thank God for his guidance and I know these people have to answer for the many lives that were looking to Ryan Evans and Elamant to be changed. Shame on you all for doing this to desperate and hard-working people.

Hi. I started with Elamant in October 2020,doing data capturing. On December 21 i was approved 200 credits, which i then have to covert into money. Even though i was approved on 200 credits, i mever received the credits. Since December 22 i have been sending e mails and haven't received any answer back from them. I am very disappointed in this company, you have to pay R1500 fee EVERY month, but they dont pay you what you are owed. If i couls i would rate this company 0.

This business keeps taking people's money by giving them hope that they will get some money through submitting shopping receipts. All they do is taking your money and take the shopping information for free. They are a scam business just like the rest of them that come to South Africa and scam people. It has been a year since they keep people in the limbo. They take monthly subscriptions of $99 from people!! They tell you to recruit people so that those people can also lose their money. When you send queries to their so called support, you get no response. You only get promises that your query is bring processed and that's it!!

Elamant will/can it is really pay you for your slips I herewith share my experience and views of Elamant and its “Business” with you, with the sole purpose of informing the general public specifically those in the lower income to take note and be aware of what this entity is all about. Specifically the way in which they present their “Business” Creating the illusion that Data is the biggest most important commodity in the world and worth millions. Elamant is this big data collecting company which will pay you R3,00 per month for sales slips which you update on their system. They then sell this data to huge retail corporations. Furthermore if bring more members on board you can become a consultant etc. and earn R400,000 a month with no qualifications at all. They then show of their System and platforms as well as the profiles of successful Elamant business members on Facebook. Once you join your personal profile and picture gets updated on their system as well as on Facebook. This just out of this world and one gets psychologically hooked and obsessive. All of us are in need of money and status therefore we are vulnerable and that makes us open and easy targets to get convinced and be conditioned and overwhelmed to fall for the euphoria of this “Company” My goal is to explain to you to understand what really happens when you join this entity Please read the whole overview before you decide to join If you are a member then do not let more other/poor people get involved and you and members above you take their intro money and monthly membership fees to enrich yourselves without any remorse Monthly fee is currently R1,500 per every 28 days out of you pocket = R18,000 per year with which you fund senior members which get this money tax free from you. Since March 2020 I lost R50,000 and Elamant owes me R100,000 slip moneys which I will never see Overview of the • “Business/financial “models Member earns data points monthly of 200 = R3, 000 which is not true, member can only turn it into an Enrolment pass. It sounds that a member gets paid. Wrong perception. They allot the points based on the slips entered, it is worth nothing. To get money out of the points the member must create an enrolment pass which he then have to sell to a newly recruited potential new member. Recruit must pay in cash/bank transfer to his recruiter which of course is tax-free money. • Financial model There is a ranking structure in terms of how many new members you recruit into your portfolio starting off with founder level = 3 new members etc. For each of these levels Elamant allots consultancy fees “dollars” which you then use to create Renewal and Enrolment passes. The lowest level is a Consultant earning 5 dollars a day and it goes up to hundreds of dollars I.e. the Manager level with 150 members gets to the tune of R40,000 per month by selling the passes to new members as well as current members to renew their monthly memberships, directly tax-free into their hands or bank account. • Conclusions: • Earnings are only the money paid by new recruited members to the up line members • Renewal of monthly membership is a renewal pass you buy form up line members • Elamant itself has since 2017 not paid a cent out to any member • Elamant have not sold any slip data to any company Elamant as a Business • Ryan Evans = CEO. Ex Savian Operation manager. He will stand trial on the collapse of the said Ponzi cheme in March 2021. Apparently from California • Janine Ashington his right-hand started the entity in 2017 in RSA selling membership to mainly black people, she is to my view the main kingpin of the entity in RSA she works out of Natal and came from the UK. • Elamant is a virtual business registered in Singapore • The Company MyWealth with Michelle van Tonder and her husband as owners, and Charl Coetsee as their Operations Manager markets Elamant as the first leg/intro business of MyWealth and then there are 4 other business legs in MyWealt where one then can invest your money, made out of Elamant • Michelle van Tonder runs a training/motivation leg with her husband and Charl Coetsee, in which they focus on training the up line and members through a management motivational propaganda effort to grow the business. Which means one thing only selling of passes and earn through that tax free money/income. • Ryan Evans, MyWealth & Janine Ashington Created a Mastermind Group which includes Manager and higher level members having a weekly Zoom session in which they discuss further development. • Janine Ashington and the Mastermind members created a Pass selling and buying pool which they run to get rid of all the Enrolment/Renewal passes of which there are a overwhelming amount of. This is to help them get rid/get cash in for the oversupply of passes • In January 2020 Janine Ashington registered Elamant as company in South Africa. The company have no tax reference number and do not pay tax at all • Elamant is not registered for VatPay • Company has no financial statements of income and expenditure since 2017 • Elamant is nowhere in Europe why, because Countries are not interested or allow Ponzi schemes • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act) - POPIApopia.co.za . Elamant have no right to collect information of any company without their consent. Currently it is illegal Media Platforms • Holiday platform where member can get 50% of. • Travel platform where members can get 50% of, • Merchandise platform where members will get who knows what • Training platform where members can get all levels of training from technical to degrees which will cost them nothing My conclusion is that the above platforms are going to take over all current businesses and institutions in South Africa. Really not on this Earth • Social Support Program 1% of all monthly fees and passes sold will be donated to a fund for social development. How this will work is not clear, • Presently I cannot see this happen because there is no money in Elamant. Elamant has no Bank Account Janine Ashington opened an account in January in her name which is referred to as the Elamant account My personal experience • Joined in RSA since January 2020 with the illusion/promise of own business. From the 3rd month will receive 200 dollar of which 100 goes for membership and 100 gets paid out through bitcoin facility. The bitcoin option was then abandoned, because of migrating to new system. To activate your membership on the new system you had to pay 10$ activation fee, why Ryan Evans charged this fee is probably to make a bit of money because the company cannot afford it. • Suddenly out of the blue monthly activation of memberships from earned data points was withdrawn and members now have to pay monthly renewal out of their pocket or buy a renewal pass from their up line, who now receives your money in cash or by bank transfer into their account. Up line then releases/transfer the pass/now called a token to you to activate your membership. • Your data-points can only be converted to enrolment passes which means you are forced to sell these passes by enrolling new members. Which means then that the up line member get your money Tax-free in their hand/bank account. • Up line ranking receives bigger so called consultancy dollars “paid” as an earning into their e-wallet which they use to create passes to sell to down-line members for renewals or enrolment of new members. The higher your rank the more “dollars” you get, Manager level you get 600 dollars weekly and you have a down-line of 160 members so the manager then converts his dollars into passes and sells it for R40,000 to his down-line for renewals or new members to enrol. Also see my comment on the Passes Pool facility. • Elamant has not paid a dollar to any member since 2017. They so called company has got no bank account of it’s own no income cash-flow and is not registered to pay Vat. Ponzi scheme again. • Evans now promise “Monetization’ pay-card through which a member will be able to monetize his data point or earnings. A member must buy the card for 100 dollars. • The latest is that Bitcoin payment is suddenly is on the table again as an monetization option. • It is clear that the payment for slips will stay a dream. • I have created a 12 member down-line enrolling my family which cost me in R50,000 • The data-points between the 13 of us amount to a R100,000 which should have been paid to us since April for slips gathered. This money ito the original arrangement should have been paid out monthly. • It is as clear as daylight that Elamant does not earn any income from selling data to any company. Concluding remarks • Elamant claims it has 200,000 members plus. A simple calculation means that if they pay out the 100$ = R1,500 per month for data slips to each member as promised, it means they have to pay 200,000 x R1,500 = R300,000,000 monthly. The 300 million have to be their monthly earnings from selling data to companies. Please it is impossible maybe on another planet • I have Googled the entity and the results were that the so called CEO is Ryan Evans was part of the Saivian Sceme which promised members a 20% monthly cashback on their shopping purchases if they paid a 125 USD payment every 28 days. Exactly the same as they now do in South Africa • Currently there is a lawsuit against Mr Evans and he will be on trial due March 2021. Obviously member or investors lost all their money and were not paid a cent as was "promised". Of course the scheme was banned. There is various other articles on Savian as well as on the Elamant entity which can be googled. • Why did we Join. My wife and I felt that this is easy money for our family and best friends. • Of course we did not do our homework before we joined. We were flabbergasted by the presentations done to us • According to my knowledge of the Poppi act it is illegal to gather data from any person or business or entity without their consent • It is also illegal to not declare the income made by members irrespective of their Elamant rank as income for tax or vat purposes • Elamant is not any kind of Data collecting Company. In fact, they most likely discard the receipt information as quickly as they receive it because it is worthless to them. The self-described business model of selling the receipt data is used to hide the actual nature of the company which is that it is something between a Ponzi and a pyramid scheme. Their fake business model was just created to make them appear more like a legitimate operation that merely uses multilevel marketing. • Elamant apparently finds people’s shopping receipts so valuable that it will pay actual money for them. However, in order to be eligible to be paid for the receipts you collect, you must pay them a 100 USD subscription fee every month. Now as a rule of thumb, if a job—part-time or otherwise—demands that you pay money before you start working run for the hills. Please people take note of this entity and it’s so called business. It is an illusion impossible

MyElamant is a company that is purely a pyramid scheme this company is purely based on the recruitment model. They lure you in with the promise of earning 20% on all your shopping receipts which YOU upload and collect. To make it worth while you must at least load up R20,000 per week. They then sell the data on. But heres the kicker you have to pay them $99 per month and the fees go up, ypou have to buy a card that costs around $100 for the pleasure. Ontop of that they have a mebership recruiting system so you must go and recruit members and create a downline. They try and jazz up by saying it is a bizz opp with rewards and bonuses. The whole payment structure is purely based on membership recruitement this is how they gather their ROI which is as most pyramid schemes eventually runs out. You recruit 3 who in return recruit 3. There are no products you are paying for the privalage to work for these people who sell your data, they have also stolen all my receipts i cant login anymore, i have received no payment either. this is how they operate. The owner Ryan evans was implicated in a previouse pyramid scheme that was a very similiar set up and found guilty he now operates out of the usa and targets the vulnerable yet it slips through the loop holes as it is classed as an MLM which are all in the grey areas at the moment. elamant is a blatant pyramid scheme and like to steal your money . People are being duped, they are encouraged to continously recruit people thats all this business is but you as i said pay for the whole privlage by paying 3 tier mebership fees, thats like going to work and paying your boss half your salary so you can work
