I joined Elamant at the beginning of 2020. We really did very well and earned an amazing income. We invited friends and family to join us on the platform and things went well. But then Ryan Evans decided to make so many changes that we could no longer receive any payouts. There was always something changing and weeks and months have now gone by and all of my team have given up, all the monthly subscriptions we paid all for nothing. It was devastating for us from December when week after week our payouts were cancelled. The holidays were a disaster for all of us as Elamant at that stage, due to Covid was our only source of income. Ryan Evans solely destroyed the lives of many many people here in Africa, without even blinking. The thing that makes me so mad is that he earns, his staff are paid well but the people that are the heart of the business are not looked after. Today marks my last day with this company. I have been hanging in there with the belief that this man will actually do good for his people, but I am afraid my faith has been destroyed and even if I wanted to stay, I cannot represent a company that steals people's money. The paycard from Uulala was a scam too. Paid $99 for that and we were told we could get a refund, well more than a month now and I am still getting the run around. A fraud case should be opened for both of these companies.... today I move on to bigger and better. Thank God for his guidance and I know these people have to answer for the many lives that were looking to Ryan Evans and Elamant to be changed. Shame on you all for doing this to desperate and hard-working people.
I closed my account in November 2019, April they started charging me for Edgars Club without my permission. Now I have been struggling since 13th August 2020 for someone to please help me settle this case as I do not owe them any money. It has adversely affected my credit record already and nobody, but nobody is willing to help me. I get threatening phone calls and sms messages everyday. I speak nicely to the person giving them all my details, all the people I have spoken to, dates and emails etc etc, yet there it is, still no assistance. No wonder this company is in a state of disrepair, their customer service is none existent.
My account was frozen during lockdown, that was appreciated. Then I had to close my business and relocate to Mossel Bay to live with my daughter. On the 18th May I sent an email to Webadmin to explain my situation. I got an auto response saying we apologise for the delay in replying. Well I did this 5 times afterwards right up untill the 9th September. I got a message on the 1st of September asking me if I want to freeze my account for another 2 months to which I replied yes..... and now today they take of the full month's payment from my account... I am so frustrated, I even tried to phone the number on their website and that is now also unobtainable.... how do I get through to these people??????
I don't even want to give 1 star. The service I received from the Goodwood branch tonight was shocking. I ordered a plain and simple Margherita pizza. I do this then I no for sure that they cannot get my order wrong? Well they did, I get a pizza covered in raw mushrooms... good grief man, why? Then I try and phone to try and correct the order and don't they just hang up on me 4 times. Guess it was closing time because the manager didn't even bother to speak to me. Disgusting!

We have had a Telkom line for over 20 years. In that 20 years we never missed a payment. But, we had so many problems with the landline as it was very old equipment etc etc. When we had our ADSL line installed a couple of years ago, we had more downtime than we were able to use the service. At the end of April our line went down, as per usual, I logged the call and the fault and waited. By the end of April we still had no service so I went to enquire what we could do to have some sort of data connection for my small business. Well... we were sent from pillar to post. By that time I had spend over R1000 on buying data to connect to the internet via my cell phone so that I could work.

We went into the N1 City branch to try and find an alternative solution, only to be told they cannot convert our ADSL line to a LTE service, we have to cancel the one service, so no more landline and sign up for a new service. Which we did, only to grateful to have an internet connection again.... This was great... or so we thought... before we could be connected on to LTE, we had to pay our bill, for a service we never had for over a month, so we duly paid our R805.95 ( remember now we never had a service for more than a month) We were told that the credit will be passed and converted to our new account.

So, on the 25th May 2017, alovely lady by the name of Christa phoned me and told me she had just passed a credit for our account.... which is what we paid, for no service, but nothing about the R1000 I had to pay for data.... anyhoo moving on... So now my current credit on my account is R1162... lo and behold if I do not get an account today that comes off via debit order on the 5th of the month for R1168.58... I must now pay again for a modem, oh I forgot to add in August 2016 we received a brand new ADSL modem... which is now useless and paid for.... so I have to pay for a modem, miscellaneous charges of R200 a monthly fee of R869.58, when the deal we signed was for R799.... now I am ready to explode

So I now need to phone accounts... as this is now my problem... oh wait, no landline... so I get onto the webpage to try and chat to an assistant. Oh no it says, they can't help me I must phone 10210.... HELLO PEOPLE, NO LANDLINE, YOU GUYS CAN'T GIVE ME A SERVICE..... what now? How do I solve this... going into the branch I was told I must phone 10210.... I GIVE UP.... I really do not know what to do and how to solve this.... We have paid out so much money in the last couple of months, yet Telkom just wont help us...

Can someone please give me some advise or an email or can someone please phone me???
