Bio Dermal: R1730 GONE ON SKIN PRODUCTS THAT BURNT MY FACE

I went to them for a dermaplanning and chemical peel combo. The lady was nice but told me that the skin products I was using were horrible and that I should buy theirs because they were medicinal and guaranteed to work in a short space of time. I bought them. When I applied the first time, my skin was itching, I assumed it was because I just had the therapy, but on day 3 my neck was burning too, it seems like a rash developed there as well as ****les on my chin. I re-washed my face and applied clere lotion and the burn sensation went down. It was clear that the products were the cause.

I tried to contact them to ask and get clarity, the receptionist told me I would be called back, I sent and email, no response, I sent messages on their Instagram page, no response.

R1730 gone on products that didn't help me and burnt my skin. This January. The products are called BioDermal, comprising of sunscreen, face wash, lotion, and a concentrate.
