On 24 June my husband bought an online subscription of R699. He was prompted on the website through which he made an immediate payment that was deducted from my account. The next day we noticed that we can't access anything on the app and phoned the call center. After almost 40mins on the phone, they said the payment wasn't reflecting. We sent the screenshot of the deduction sms from the bank, we sent my bank statement which clearly shows the deduction. We sent countless messages asking for assistance and after 2 weeks we still haven't had access to the service we paid for because they say the 'payment wasn't allocated on their side' I've spoken to so many consultants over the past 2 weeks and every day there's another excuse, This morning when I finally said just refund me, they rep**** by saying okay you have a refundable amount of R217.17 on your account. REALLY! After paying R699 for a service I never received and could never access? This is *****ing from consumers and it's *******! Each day that goes by a different agent gives me a different automated response and I'm fed up!
I love the fact that I can manage my policy anytime, anywhere via their self-service portal. I've been with them for a few years now and I've always been treated with the utmost respect and eagerness to assist when I have a query. They're quirky & funny but when they claim to provide clients with royal service, they're not joking. Thanks King Price, you are bomb!

Dr Botha is exceptional in what he does and the whole team just makes you feel at home because let's face it, it can get a little awkward depending on what procedure you're up for. Hi There, After spending almost an hour on the phone I was told my Paid-up letter would reach me within 24 hours, I spoke to Hlonithile. This was 2 months ago. Two weeks ago Nonhlanhla Kumene responded to my email request asking for details, I supplied it but still no paid up letter has reached me. Not even a reply. We're going into Novemeber and I STILL haven't received my paid-up letter of an account paid up more than 3 years ago, while ITC wants to take me to court regarding this. Can someone please handle this as a matter of urgency? This service is pathetic to say the least.
