Bad Service
I cancelled my body suit subscription in December already and handed in my suit at Blubird Shopping Centre, Atholl Oaklands. I have sent several queries about why they debited my account in January. No one is bothering to come back to me.

Body 20 Waverley Debit order never cancelled. No refund yet
Body20 Waverley branch. Very disappointed. Cancelled contract but debit order was never cancelled. Promised refund. No refund received after 3 months already. No communications. Next step would be to ask attorney to recover the money from them.

CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT FOR UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS! I joined 5 sessions and requested a freeze on October 2023. They did not ask me for how long I wanted to freeze or that I had a limit for that. On December 2023, they unfroze it and started making arrangements and charging my credit card without my knowledge. I explained the CEO that I was not aware what was going on until I realized that $199/month was going from my account and I requested a refund. They are not giving me refund. They offered free sessions but I dont want free sessions. Just my money back. This is completely *********.

Body20 Victory Park - Awesome Experience - EMS Technology assisting with Body Transformation
I signed up for a free demo session with Body20 Victory Park - MY OH MY...Was I in for a surprise. Total and complete body work out in under 20mins. I couldn't believe how far technology has come in assisting with weight loss. The consultant was super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and I'm not the fittest one around. I'm also extremely overweight - but the fitness consultant pushed me not too far beyond my limits - just enough and just over my limit. The studio itself was extremely clean and very private. I will definitely be signing up with Body20 and looking forward to my total body transformation journey

Bod20 No Mas!
i visited Body20 in Cary, NC for 3 free sessions. after the three free sessions I agreed to a 90-day trail session to see if i would see any results or feel any change. My 90-days began in March 2023. Which meant my 90-days were over as of May 2023. However, in May of 2023 I seriously injure my toe and my knee rendering me imobile. I notified the Cary Body20 immediately and asked to have my contract cancelled immediately and was met with instant resistance. They refused to cancel my contract and continued to charge me and they continue to send me bills for services that were not rendered. I would not suggest joining this organization. They are not sensitive to medical issues. They just want to take your money even if they are not providing a service. If I could I would give them a -45.

Body 20 Olympus is phenomenal!
I've been with Body20 Olympus now for 3 months and I've been so impressed with them from day one. The trainers go out of their way to accommodate you, and they really go the extra mile taking your own personal needs and goals into consideration. Furthermore, the studio is always clean and fresh, and one leaves feeling confident. I've lost 10kgs since joining and it has improved my life so drastically. Well done team, you are phenomenal!

Body 20 Olympus is phenomenal!

Beware of joining Randridge Mall Body20!
Had a trial with Body20 Randridge Mall. Prematurely, I signed up for the membership. After a 2 sessions I realized that the wet suit was making me sick as I was unwell after each session. I am currently breastfeeding so not able to take any medication or vitamins. No debit order had even gone off my account as it was a brand new sign up. I reached out to the gym to explain my situation but there was no empathy at all for my situation. Still want to charge me full cancellation fee. Do not recommend at all, based on the awful experience.
