Dotsure always pays claims fast and give friendly service. I will recommend them to everyone.
I cancelled my body suit subscription in December already and handed in my suit at Blubird Shopping Centre, Atholl Oaklands. I have sent several queries about why they debited my account in January. No one is bothering to come back to me.
The handling of my query by the consultants have been disappointing. They are so unprofessional in the way they speak to you over the phone, and no one can give you a definite answer. They have not even bothered to address my previous complaint on HeloPeter. I think it might be time to shop around for a new service provider. Their back officer does not even acknowledge your correspondence and reply to it.
I googled MTN's website to see if they offer deals to trade in your old Samsung Device for a new one. As far as I could see they do and you have to go to one of their selected branches. I also phoned their Customer Service, who could not help me and told me to go to a branch. I went to the Morningside branch and waited about 30 minutes to be served. Only to be told they don't offer the service anymore. Please train your Customer Service Agents and remove this info from your website if you don't offer it anymore. You wasted my time and money.
I had to phone for feedback on a query that I directed by email, so was not happy that Dotsure did not answer my email. Other than that the consultant was professional and friendly.
I reported ***** on my credit card on the 16th of Jume and again on 20 June. When I phone in the feedback is that the query has been resolved. I have however not received feedback on the outcome. They did not respond to one of my emails. I am highly disappointed in their service. I will take my business away from them if this is how they deal with my queries
I placed an order on 28 April and to date have not received it. I attempted to contact them via phone and email without success.
Good day, I am receiving unacceptable service from Makro. I bought a wireless charger from them and when I opened it up it did not work. I returned it for a refund and I have been waiting since 10 March. They rejected my refund and I don't know why?
I love the study material and videos. They are very helpful and easy to understand. I would recommend them to anyone.
I could not update my address as they need proof. I moved in with my boyfriend and have no other accounts. What proof must I provide???
