Astrodon-Idube Lifestyle Villiage-Deposit theft. Bad management. Beware!!!

I recently vacated at IDube lifestyle Village, I was expecting my deposits to be refunded fairly. Instead, I was handed an inflated, unverifiable invoice from a company called West Side Construction - a name I cannot even verify as a legitimate business in Johannesburg.

The charges included excessive painting costs, vague "repairs" and a laughably low interest return on my deposit despite it being held for over a year. When I asked for a basic proof - like a bank statement showing the deposits and interest earned, or their policy on how interest is allocated - I got nothing

To anyone considering renting apartments from Astrodon- Don't. The numbers don't add up, the paper trail is non-existent and the experience leaves you feeling ****med.

Bottom line: You will loose more than your deposit. you will loose your patience, your time, and any trust in their business ethics.
