Over six months of follow-ups, nothing was fixed. I was told repeatedly that the owner had not responded, but when I eventually contacted the owner directly, they confirmed they had never been informed and were unhappy with the state the previous tenants left the property in.
These matters should have been addressed using the previous tenants’ deposit, yet they were ignored and the owner cancelled their agreement with Astrodon as they should have managed this, and my lease ended.
My deposit as a tenant is now being withheld because of disputes between Astrodon and the owner, leaving me unfairly caught in the middle.
This is unacceptable service due to poor communication and lack of accountability.
