If you rent a property with this company, they will suck you dry. They have quite ridiculous fees to begin with, and with that you get doors to at don’t work, many items in your apartment will break and the maintenance guys will take a minimum of 2 weeks to fix anything. Then you have the penalties, which are harsh. They truly do take every single opportunity to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Do not stay here, trust me.
