Stole goods of R200k in sandton apartment store rooms.
Clothes worth R200k ****** from store to apartments store room which I was paying for. No response to date from management didn't even look at video footages after I rented 2 yrs in their apartment

Aircon fixed charge to tenants R630 per month
A tenant shouldn't have to find out from 3rd party provider that a fixed cost for maintaining the aircon is taken off a TENANTS myvoltage account. You upload money onto the myvoltage app with the knowledge that there are no hidden costs. A word to the wise... when dealing with anaprop @sandton hotel / apartments question every single cent that is being taken off your myvoltage account and every cent billed to you monthly as an "additional cost". No wonder the @sandton apartments cant keep tenants!

If you rent a property with this company, they will suck you dry. They have quite ridiculous fees to begin with, and with that you get doors to at don’t work, many items in your apartment will break and the maintenance guys will take a minimum of 2 weeks to fix anything. Then you have the penalties, which are harsh. They truly do take every single opportunity to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Do not stay here, trust me.

If you rent a property with this company, they will suck you dry. They have quite ridiculous fees to begin with, and with that you get doors to at don’t work, many items in your apartment will break and the maintenance guys will take a minimum of 2 weeks to fix anything. Then you have the penalties, which are harsh. They truly do take every single opportunity to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Do not stay here, trust me.

Horrible customer service + ********* business
Avoid This Place at All Costs! In my opinion this block of apartments is nothing but a **** operation working hand-in-hand with dishonest rental agents. Expect to be met with substandard, poorly maintained units that barely resemble what you were promised. It’s clear they’re intentionally misleading people to lure them into long-term leases under false pretenses. Once you sign, they show zero accountability. Complaints about the condition of the apartments or the misleading information fall on deaf ears, and their customer service is nonexistent. This is not just bad business—it’s blatant dishonesty. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and money, and look elsewhere for a place to live. Don’t waste your time with this disgraceful establishment.
