Thank you to Riaan, quick response which was factual, explained well. Riaan, you have created a good customer experience in a very frustrating time. Thank you!
A tenant shouldn't have to find out from 3rd party provider that a fixed cost for maintaining the aircon is taken off a TENANTS myvoltage account. You upload money onto the myvoltage app with the knowledge that there are no hidden costs. A word to the wise... when dealing with anaprop @sandton hotel / apartments question every single cent that is being taken off your myvoltage account and every cent billed to you monthly as an "additional cost". No wonder the @sandton apartments cant keep tenants!
Tenants are charged additional cost to maintain aircon @sandton hotel / apartments - fixed fee to maintain the airconditioning. This fixed fee of approx R630 is charged both via anaprop invoice to the tenant as well as taken off tenant myvoltage account. This aircon fixed fee is over and above the electricity used by the aircon in the unit.
My voltage market "no hidden costs". For all tenants staying @sandton hotel / apartments take a look at the "fixed costs" tab on your myvolage app. There is a R630 monthly fixed aircon charge. This is charged over and above the electricity.
Beware of hidden costs. Anaprop property management charge extra fees on top of the rent. An example is the fixed charge of R630 that is invoiced by anaprop and taken off your myvoltage account without any prior consent. Some tenants do not even know that they are being charged for a fixed fee for maintaining the aircon in the unit. An exorbitant electricity cost then also racked up on the myvoltage account. The fixed aircon charge of R630 is taken off your myvoltage wallet with no prior consent . Do the owners of the units know about this hidden cost that their tenant's are paying?
My room stinks like cannabis and secondary smoke (consistently). Security do not respond to complaints about the smoke. This hotel needs to be reviewed by a health and safety commitee, smoking in rooms is a massive health risk for guests, visators and tenants. Smoking in the rooms of a hotel is a fire hazard. The fact that security ignore calls raising these matters is very concerning. Visitors with babies and kids have left due to the secondary smoke in room which travels through the aircon and air vents into leading rooms. Time for this hotel to start looking after the health and safety of the hotel visitors, guests and tenants.
After numerous emails I still have no response to my query from a week ago. Vodacom’s customer service has really gone down the drain.
Vodacom are robbing people with this new contract they are claiming has no cost increase. My bill has doubled and what on earth is this R599 for handset installment? You guys have ruined your brand. Please can someone call me to refund me my money and cancel my subscription. I want nothing to do with vodacom
