We arrived from Australia and on booking in we were told we hadn't paid. We had proof of payment. We had to pay the hotel again. The receptionist gave us a room key. The room key wouldn"t activate the lift. Then after some very rude comments she threw another key at us from the counter. We went up to the room and the room was occupied by other guests. We told the receptionist and she told us it doesn't happen in this hotel. We called management and they agreed with her. The next morning the hotel confirmed they had received our first payment and would refund us our second payment. Three weeks later we are still waiting for our refund

Good afternoon, All I was at your hotel on the 4th of Nov from 6pm-9:30pm for dinner. I had the worse experience at a 4-star hotel in your dining restaurant. There were 3 of us that had a table reserved. The waiter was not friendly at all when we ordered our meals and said please make sure the beef is cooked in the middle the lady just looked at me and said nothing. It was like she a robot she just took down our order never offered us anything else to add to the meal and went off. I asked for glasses, and she told me you can use the ones on the table. I told her no please can I have new ones. She was in a hurry to get us out of the table she came and took the plates aways as soon as we were done not even giving us time to digest what's in our mouth. We had to ask for the dessert menu and then ask her what she had besides this on the menu. No interaction it's like because we were not the same race, she treated us different, Infact I noticed her behaviour with us compared to the other people and it was quite different there were smiles between them and interaction, I will never recommend this hotel or restaurant to anyone

Beware of hidden costs. Anaprop property management charge extra fees on top of the rent. An example is the fixed charge of R630 that is invoiced by anaprop and taken off your myvoltage account without any prior consent. Some tenants do not even know that they are being charged for a fixed fee for maintaining the aircon in the unit. An exorbitant electricity cost then also racked up on the myvoltage account. The fixed aircon charge of R630 is taken off your myvoltage wallet with no prior consent . Do the owners of the units know about this hidden cost that their tenant's are paying?

Spent 2 years lease on a lease agreement. Left after I got sick and had my belongings stored for R900 per month. Months later when I went to collect belongings worth R200,000-00 where ****** and no one wants to account or send me videos.

What a pathetic service from @Sandton Hotel. Tell me why do I have to wait more than an hour to get Plates and Cutlery? Why don't you have at least 2 Plates and Cutlery in your Studio Apartments? This honestly doesn't make sense. You are just trying make an excuse about your lifts that haven't been working for day, why don't you fix them? It's even worse you raised your rates yet you give us a **** service

My stay at @Sandton hotel was remarkable in both the positive and negative way, the hotel itself is very beautiful and clean inside. The receptionists are amazing with beautiful smiles. The food is not top notch but eatable. Breakfast is the best. The stuff in the kitchen and the restaurant are the worst part of the business. The food takes time to be prepared and by the time the food arrive it's cold. The waiters (specifically those in the restaurant) are too judgemental, and they have an off attitude. At night the corridors were smelling ****...at the ba*****t parking the fire alarms kept ringing at night because of smokers, it was really annoying.

My room stinks like cannabis and secondary smoke (consistently). Security do not respond to complaints about the smoke. This hotel needs to be reviewed by a health and safety commitee, smoking in rooms is a massive health risk for guests, visators and tenants. Smoking in the rooms of a hotel is a fire hazard. The fact that security ignore calls raising these matters is very concerning. Visitors with babies and kids have left due to the secondary smoke in room which travels through the aircon and air vents into leading rooms. Time for this hotel to start looking after the health and safety of the hotel visitors, guests and tenants.

The service level for this place is low to the ground. As a company we have asked to renewed our contract over many emails and over a month. Nothing sent to us. As a international company we have our payment Process and this has been convey to the administration numerous times. Still no improvement whatsoever. With no feedbcak on renewing the contract they demand payments and lock resident out of their apartment and demand payment. The @Sandton apartment administration also lock my access to the office space where we paid the rental in full. This company is working outside of the law. Very disappointing with the entire @Sandton service. We will not use this hotel any more for all our staff from China and we will make sure all our client knows about the way they treat their B2B customers. I will make sure I share my personal experience with @Sandton to everyone I know. I have been here since August and really this is enough.
