The least you can do is inform the customer first thing in the morning that your 7:20 am flight is delayed to 9:20 am. Not letting your client rush to the airport to make the 6:50 am boarding time and find out the flight is delayed to 9:20 am while standing in the line. I mean "COME ON". This is next low level service from a domestic airline.
The service level for this place is low to the ground. As a company we have asked to renewed our contract over many emails and over a month. Nothing sent to us. As a international company we have our payment Process and this has been convey to the administration numerous times. Still no improvement whatsoever. With no feedbcak on renewing the contract they demand payments and lock resident out of their apartment and demand payment. The @Sandton apartment administration also lock my access to the office space where we paid the rental in full. This company is working outside of the law. Very disappointing with the entire @Sandton service. We will not use this hotel any more for all our staff from China and we will make sure all our client knows about the way they treat their B2B customers. I will make sure I share my personal experience with @Sandton to everyone I know. I have been here since August and really this is enough.
Paid 1800 for the shoes. Waited 5 days and no response. Send an e mail to find out what is the status and been told they don’t have stock and therefore a 15 days of refund process starts. It takes the client to follow up on the purchase 5 days after the payment and wait another 15 days for money to be refund. My first time buying new balance product and no more business from me for sure.
I have been an Axxess fiber client for many years. Started from 4mbps until now 50mpbs uncap package. It is very sad to see how their service deteriorate to this level. More and more down time, slow reaction time to bring service backup again, showing fiber status is in order on their website but the actually the service is down. Not notify their client, before, during nor after service is back online. As a customer, you have to find out yourselves. download speed is so slow that you can not tell the difference between 100mbps and 40mpbs package. Every single time you create a ticket, the support staff tried to make you believe the problem is on your side but it end up problem on axxess side. They make you do all the checking and re do all the setting just to create time for them to amend their error. I have tested many times, when every time they asked me to change anything, I just leave the settings and few hours later, service is bacl on line. I am very disappointed with Axxess and shame on you to even call me and ask me if I want to upgrade my line speed with higher monthly payment with this kind of service delivery.
