Good afternoon, All I was at your hotel on the 4th of Nov from 6pm-9:30pm for dinner. I had the worse experience at a 4-star hotel in your dining restaurant. There were 3 of us that had a table reserved. The waiter was not friendly at all when we ordered our meals and said please make sure the beef is cooked in the middle the lady just looked at me and said nothing. It was like she a robot she just took down our order never offered us anything else to add to the meal and went off. I asked for glasses, and she told me you can use the ones on the table. I told her no please can I have new ones. She was in a hurry to get us out of the table she came and took the plates aways as soon as we were done not even giving us time to digest what's in our mouth. We had to ask for the dessert menu and then ask her what she had besides this on the menu. No interaction it's like because we were not the same race, she treated us different, Infact I noticed her behaviour with us compared to the other people and it was quite different there were smiles between them and interaction, I will never recommend this hotel or restaurant to anyone
Good afternoon Cassion - Dated of email sent 20/05/2024 Thank you for calling me back Please see attached packaging of the Mc Vities Penguin milk bars You will see the packaging as your BB date which is he 8/07/2024 The expiry date is rubbed out which if you look at it with a torch light it says Nov 2023 This is unacceptable and should not be in the shops for sale, this is also ******* to rub out expiry dates
I am absolutely upset and amazed at how unprofessional Michelle Clarke from infinity homes and rental was to me. I was interested in an apartment at Soho lofts. We chatted our email and on the phone when she mentioned that she will not be able to make a viewing time at 5pm due to the tenants requirements and that she lives in the South and the traffic was a bit hectic for her at that time. She then asked if I can view at 11am on Wednesday I said I won't be able to make this as I work. She then said not to worry I will arrange a viewing on Saturday with a few other people that were interested. I then tried calling Michelle today and sending a message to ask her what time is my viewing, she then replies sorry the apartment is taken. This is unacceptable I feel that she could have atleast sent me a message not wait for 2 days before letting me know. This is not the first rental company that gave me an issue seems that rental agents feel they are doing us a Favour and we need to keep on chasing after them. I hope the tenant you put into this apartment was worth it cause you have really wasted my time and calls.
