We arrived from Australia and on booking in we were told we hadn't paid. We had proof of payment. We had to pay the hotel again. The receptionist gave us a room key. The room key wouldn"t activate the lift. Then after some very rude comments she threw another key at us from the counter. We went up to the room and the room was occupied by other guests. We told the receptionist and she told us it doesn't happen in this hotel. We called management and they agreed with her. The next morning the hotel confirmed they had received our first payment and would refund us our second payment. Three weeks later we are still waiting for our refund
