Pathetic service
What a pathetic service from @Sandton Hotel. Tell me why do I have to wait more than an hour to get Plates and Cutlery? Why don't you have at least 2 Plates and Cutlery in your Studio Apartments? This honestly doesn't make sense. You are just trying make an excuse about your lifts that haven't been working for day, why don't you fix them? It's even worse you raised your rates yet you give us a **** service

I am so sick and tired of Mathapelo Bokana who won't even bother to reapond to my emails, It's been 2 months now trying to claim but Mathapelo is making it more difficult for me because she doesn't have time to do her Job. Can Discovery hire people who takes their jobs seriously because clearly this girl is just there for the Salary. So unprofessional and ***********

I am so disappointed with Old Mutual. They failed to do a simple thing, which is amending my policy and send me a new documents with the correct information. I gave up and called to cancel my Policy. Now they won’t cancel my Policy. Imagine what would happen on claiming stage if they cannot do a simple thing now. How do I win in this situation because Old Mutual is not willing to assist me

I have had a very good experience with my Personal broker Muzi Dladla as a result even for my 2nd car I had to insure with Discovery because I am happy with their excellent service
I have had a very good experience with my Personal broker Muzi Dladla as a result even for my 2nd car I had to insure with Discovery because I am happy with their excellent service. Even my claim process for the Windscreen was easy and stress free
