In my opinion this block of apartments is nothing but a **** operation working hand-in-hand with dishonest rental agents. Expect to be met with substandard, poorly maintained units that barely resemble what you were promised.

It’s clear they’re intentionally misleading people to lure them into long-term leases under false pretenses. Once you sign, they show zero accountability. Complaints about the condition of the apartments or the misleading information fall on deaf ears, and their customer service is nonexistent.

This is not just bad business—it’s blatant dishonesty. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and money, and look elsewhere for a place to live. Don’t waste your time with this disgraceful establishment.
