ATFIN Consulting has Terrible Service
Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get a a quote on Medical Aid for my family and the person helping me is just not interested. Emailed a quick quote trough and when I ask questions its like talking to a Bot that are replying with memorized answers. Don't bother using this business. I guess Bonita's wont get my Business now. Imagine if this is the type of brokers they use how will their service be.

ATFIN Consulting has Terrible Service
Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get a a quote on Medical Aid for my family and the person helping me is just not interested. Pathetic Service
I have taken out insurance through Atfin Consulting, and after a year of being insured, I was in an accident which was not my fault. A drunk driver whose car had no lights cut in front of me. The accident happened on the 08 August 2015. As my broker, Atfin Consulting were meant to do all the paper work, but I have gotten nothing from them. I did all the legwork of getting all the information for them. My broker got me to sign a document which I was unaware was a shortfall amount. I have still have not been paid out. I have to constantly follow up to find out what's happening with my case, no one phones me back with feedback on anything. I'm not a happy customer and feel that my issue is not being taken seriously. I used my car for work purposes as this is a too which I need to do my job. It's the 04 September today, almost a month later and I'm still without a car and without a settlement paid out. If waiting almost a month before doing this is not proving that I have been patient in this regard then I don't know what is. Wouldn't want someone of my age to fall into this same trap, hence me making you all aware of the situation.
