TERRIBLE ****MERS

I bought tiles from this business in January 2025 and todate the tiles have not been delivered. I contacted the business in April to deliver the tiles and was told that that there were floods in KZN, and could not deliver. The business then moved from the address where they were operating without consulting me as a customer, until I went to the premises to find that they have moved. I kept on sending whatapp messages and all I got were automated responses

My request for a refund has fallen on deaf ears.
