Limited customer focus attitude

Trying to speak to the resort you get to central reservation that takes forever to answer the phone! When you get to speak to someone their way of work is so rigid it is useless.

Then transferring you the resort eventually.. no one picks up the phone after 40min of waiting.. still nothing!!!

Pathetic service where they have a limited customer centric service attitude!!
