No refund from Atlanta removals since March

I booked the company on the 6th of March to help me move , I sent the POP of the full amount quoted by them & all was well. On the day I was meant to move the guys called me and said they will only make it in the morning & not on that day because they ran late with the previous client . I called the office and I discussed with them that I cannot wait until the morning as I needed to be out that day as arranged . I was advised to use another company if I can and I will be refunded fully that day .I was then asked to send my banking details .I sent my banking details & I used another company and had to pay them in full as well .Till this day I have NOT received my refund . I have called the company a number of times , I have even tried to arrange a repayment plan with them . Nothing ! Since March I’ve been very patient and constantly trying to reach out to them but no one is assisting me.
