Smooth move
Atlanta Removals responded quickly to my online request for a quote. They had the best price and great service. The team arrived 30 minutes early and with all their equipment to safely and carefully move my goods. They handled my stuff with care and were efficient. In no time, they were done and the move was complete. Thilen supervised the team well and with exemplary respect and dignity. His cool and calm energy made the move swift and easy. I have used this moving company for the 3rd time,compared to other companies ,they are reasonable,boxes and wrapping are included on the quoted amount,Thilen ensured that the boxes are delivered as per my request,on the day of the move the moving team was on time,thank you Thilen and team for your exceptional service

Atlanta Removals - Well Done !
We had anticipated a stressful move, requiring collecting furniture from three locations to be delivered to a difficult to access house in residential complex. Atlanta were wonderful. They were very accommodating as inventories changed and extra items added. The end result was the whole move was completed without stress. All items were wrapped and well protected. No items were lost or broken. I would recommend Atlanta to anyone who is moving house.

Atlanta Removals - Well Done !
We had anticipated a stressful move, requiring collecting furniture from three locations to be delivered to a difficult to access house in residential complex. Atlanta were wonderful. Horrible communication and severely delayed delivery of furniture
I am disappointed at their lack of communication. Their truck was broken before it arrived to pick up my stuff. The packaging guys didn't have all their packing stuff and we had to pick them up. Thereafter, they said nothing about their truck being broken and technically irrepairable. I only found out on the day I had to move into my place. From thereon it was 1 whole week without my stuff, no communication, hopping from B&B to B&B (which I had to request they pay for), very little communication and false promises throughout the days. I even struggled to recover some of the accommodation costs they were supposed to pay for, only received them a whole month later. I did eventually receive my stuff but that was one of the worst weeks of my life. Never will use them again.

No refund from Atlanta removals since March
I booked the company on the 6th of March to help me move , I sent the POP of the full amount quoted by them & all was well. On the day I was meant to move the guys called me and said they will only make it in the morning & not on that day because they ran late with the previous client . I called the office and I discussed with them that I cannot wait until the morning as I needed to be out that day as arranged . I was advised to use another company if I can and I will be refunded fully that day .I was then asked to send my banking details .I sent my banking details & I used another company and had to pay them in full as well .Till this day I have NOT received my refund . I have called the company a number of times , I have even tried to arrange a repayment plan with them . Nothing ! Since March I’ve been very patient and constantly trying to reach out to them but no one is assisting me.

Atlanta Removals unreliable and not trust worthy
Atlanta Removals hit a retaining wall whilst looking for a removal place totally lost; the owner promised on at least 5 occasions; every week; to pay for the damages THEY CAUSED, its now been almost 3 months and the damages of over R5000 has not been paid (I even dropped the amount to 50% to protect the driver, whom he wanted to be held accountable for the damages) . He keeps making promises and I have all the evidence on WhatsApp etc. Also based on other evidence and complaints, I can now see why the owner is avoiding paying me; they are extremely unreliable and I would not recommend them AT ALL

Atlanta Removals con artists
I photographed all my furniture before it was loaded. Upon arrival a chair was broken and BADLY glued back together. Owner says Im lying, photos show otherwise. He but promised to have it properly fixed as his removal company is not insured for breakage. He will not however tell me where he intends to book it in to be fixed. Disgusted with service and how he treats his paying customers

Stress free move
We recently moved from kzn to Mpumalanga and we used Atlanta removals. They were friendly and helpful and very professional. The guys who moved us were careful with our things and you could see they are well trained. We had no dents, no scratches and No breakage. We got regular updates from them as to where the truck was. Our all round experience was great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.
