The disaster that British airways through Comair could not manage with their airbuses being grounded. Their communication are the worst. They will not cancel the flights so we can get our refund. Instead they disappear from customer lines and desks and hide behind their shame. I honestly do not think they will ever obtain a booking from me. Highly disappointed. Even had to pay double the price of flights for last minute changes because they were not accommodating to tell us in advance that things are not looking good for the rest of the week.

Hi I was flying on FA289 from Durban to Joburg. The worst flight ever. It was delayed with no lead time on when departure will be. They kept on saying "we will get an update in 15 minutes". Then when I embark, they make me take out my laptop and take my bag away from me only to find it lying in the rain when I land. They literally left my textbooks to get wet after they assured me that it will be kept safe. Then when we disembark the escort, a short African lady, denies me the right to protect my laptop with my umbrella. She also did absolutely nothing to atleast protect my laptop. I tell her that I have no protection for the laptop from the rain and that I would rather my umbrella breaks because of the wind than my laptop. I told her that she is well aware that she would not be able to pay for the laptop damages and she loudly screams "I DON'T CARE". This is all happening in front of the rain. Mind you, I have, on two occasions, opened up my umbrella and nothing was said. And npw today this?. I am highly annoyed and disappointed by her behaviour and demand and apology. I will still evaluate whether my belongings were not damaged by the rain. I might as well cancel all my trips for next year because I will not tolerate this nonsense.
They are always on time. Very Friendly and great communicators.
Good day I actually struggled to get a hold of you I am highly disappointed at your service at Cape Town International Airport. During the week, I tried calling the desk on several occasions but no one picked up. I wanted to confirm how I can change my reservation time as my flight was later on in the day. I then arrive late, and my bag was delayed. When I arrived there, the office was closed. No notification was sent to me about the trading hours. I tried calling all the numbers on all my confirmation documents, none went through. Apparently one of them is actually a Durban number (how??). I was stranded and I had to make a plan to get to the hotel. No number I called went through. When I eventually received my car the next day, they apparently didn't have my details the one minute, claiming that I booked through rental cars (which I didn't). When I told them that I booked through the Woodford hire website, they then claimed that they called me (all of a sudden they have my details - this is Wayne) but I received no missed calls. Then when I tried speaking to Wayne to voice my disappointment, he simply ignored me and didn't apologize for anything. He showed no mercy. Thereafter they refused to do the car inspection with us claiming that they have already done it. Mind you, we are inexperienced in how to inspect vehicles. We even tried pointing out to one of two scratches they missed. This was not thorough inspection and they didn't bother to do it with us. When we return the car, all of a sudden there is a scratch under the vehicle, which I am 100% certain was not caused by us and was always there but was not picked up because no inspection was done prior. I honestly disappointed in the service and will never use this car rental again.
I am disappointed at their lack of communication. Their truck was broken before it arrived to pick up my stuff. The packaging guys didn't have all their packing stuff and we had to pick them up. Thereafter, they said nothing about their truck being broken and technically irrepairable. I only found out on the day I had to move into my place. From thereon it was 1 whole week without my stuff, no communication, hopping from B&B to B&B (which I had to request they pay for), very little communication and false promises throughout the days. I even struggled to recover some of the accommodation costs they were supposed to pay for, only received them a whole month later. I did eventually receive my stuff but that was one of the worst weeks of my life. Never will use them again.
I have had an account with them and was ready to close it. They refused to close it because I paid my account via EFT and they wanted a physical proof of payment. This was because I had overpaid my account. I sat for 2 hours as they said they would send it to my account. 3 months later, nothing. I instead opted to purchase something with the overpaid amount. Now I had to call them to confirm my details and stuff. Now they refused me to use the discount and say I must send my bank statement and proof of residence and I must do it in store. What a waste of my time because this entire process took almost 3 hours. I am highly disappointed.
Loved their Salmon Poke Bowl. They are quite friendly and have a great atmosphere at their restaurant.
I had a lovely massage session for my birthday. The music is great, the place looks amazing, as well, the masseuse ask with every part of the body if the pressure is good. She also recommends intensitt changes if she feels a problem in your muscles. I will definitely become the next favourite customer there for my birthday. It was indeed fun
