<p>Myself and my brother Booked a bus from Shoprite at the Gugulethu Mall in Cape Town on the 1st of January 2017. The bus was scheduled to leave Cape Town Station on 1st of Janaury 2017 at 19;00 pm for Johanessburg. When we got to the at 18;00 pm we did not see an Atlantic Charters and Tours bus with their Logo. we sat there till 18:45pm. we then asked the security guards about our bus, and they then proceeded to say the bus would be late. Only to find out later that Atlantic Charters and Tours sent a completely diffrent bus, a Mini Bus to be precise with a trailer at the back. The staff Atlantic Charters did not even bother to notify us that they would be sending a different bus and that we must be on the look out, i mean why do they ask for our numbers when booking the bus? We then managed to contact a manager by the name of SHAMEEL SYDODWL, we then corresponded with him via WHATSAPP, which is wired and completely wrong i mean who runs a business from SOCIAL MEDIA? he asked for a pic of the bus ticket and banking details of which we sent, he made empty promises saying that we will get a REFUND, which we did not get. he then told us he was goin on leave and that we should also corresponf with a guy called PHANUEL! who then told us that he will have to charge us 200 each for cancellation, mind you which was not we missed our bus because of their negligence. PHANUEL THEN GAVE US THE NUMBER OF THE OWNER, whom we also corresponded with via whats app....we told him our grievance and still has not yet given us a responsE</p> <p> </p>
