Booked this bus for the kids and it didn’t show up , I can’t get a number anywhere online to call and request my refund . No form of communication done to advise if it’s not going to come .

I'm a bus bookings clerk at Checkers Bloemfontein. Im stressful with the service I getting from this company as I assisted a client with bus booking on the 26/02/2022 but the bus didn't show up and now they don't pickuping phones do to refund and my client is very frustrated and I'm also afraid of losing my job.

Rented a motorcycle for one day. Supplier was unable to rent bike on 3/3/2021, and insisted on delivering the motorcycle to my hotel. Upon arrival, finding that appropriate online paperwork had not yet reached my email, the invoice and request for hold on my credit card was re-sent, even though I already made full payment for the rental. I was treated rudely by the owner of the business, and the transaction was cancelled, but the merchant refused to refund the payment I've made.

So a guy and lady by the name of Waheed and Shakeera who works for your company telephone numbers: 074 973 46 46 and ********** 103 respectively. These people helped with transporting my household goods for an amount of R 3200.00 that was was entirely paid on Saturday aftenoon. The arrangement was that I would get my things on Monday 18/03/2019. 17/03/2019 I received a call from the Johannesburg bus station to say i must collect my things and told them the arrangment was that I get my household things 18/03/2019 following that my couch had not been transported and only received an sms that my couch was not transported when I got to the bus station I was told to pay a storage fee which was never part of the arrangment and had to deal with absolutely completely RUDE ****ing staff that just told me i had to pay for storage fee et alone my items were not all there when I needed them. They failed to tell the Johannesburg office they damn lied getting my thhings in Johannesburg a day before now I had to pay R 800.00 for something i did not arrange for let alone not bringing everything on time when i have paid. Kindly note i have taken legal steps i want my R 800.00 back and will get it back including transport fees i have to pay for two days consdering again tomorrow i must go get my couch. Please do soething about your rude staff and if not i will do something about it. You can call me on ********** to arrange my refund and pain and suffering from your rude staff.

Good day Today I want lay a complaints about a bus service that always leave people stranded? Atlantic Charter and Tour bus l purchased a ticket on line about a month ago that was in October 2017 to travel from cape town to Johannesburg ,but when we arrived at the bus terminal there was no bus and their office was closed and their emergency number that they provided was not being picked up . The other alternative number that we got from the station the guy answered and said he will get back to us and never returned the call and later switch off his phone. We were left stranded at bus terminal with no were to go. The following day on the 27th December ,when we got to Atlantic Charter and Tour bus office the guy did not want to assist us with our refund and said they are waiting for their boss, but only to learn the number that we were calling belongs to their boss who did not pick up our calls. Shamil the boss ********** 664 And the other gentle number that we called that's a manger there number ********** 624 . The manager promised me my refund from the 27th but till to date nothing from Shamil and he requested for my banking details and the tickets information but nothing and he is not picking up my calls. The other thing we learned from the guys from the bus terminal this happens all the time from this bus people and children were left on the terminal without an alternative we had to see them off back from were they come from. Till to date I haven't received my refund and after numerous calls to Shamil l Regards Lerato

Our hotel bookings and activities that have been paid and cannot be refunded have gone to waste. How do you operate like this.

<p>Myself and my brother Booked a bus from Shoprite at the Gugulethu Mall in Cape Town on the 1st of January 2017. The bus was scheduled to leave Cape Town Station on 1st of Janaury 2017 at 19;00 pm for Johanessburg. When we got to the at 18;00 pm we did not see an Atlantic Charters and Tours bus with their Logo. we sat there till 18:45pm. we then asked the security guards about our bus, and they then proceeded to say the bus would be late. Only to find out later that Atlantic Charters and Tours sent a completely diffrent bus, a Mini Bus to be precise with a trailer at the back. The staff Atlantic Charters did not even bother to notify us that they would be sending a different bus and that we must be on the look out, i mean why do they ask for our numbers when booking the bus? We then managed to contact a manager by the name of SHAMEEL SYDODWL, we then corresponded with him via WHATSAPP, which is wired and completely wrong i mean who runs a business from SOCIAL MEDIA? he asked for a pic of the bus ticket and banking details of which we sent, he made empty promises saying that we will get a REFUND, which we did not get. he then told us he was goin on leave and that we should also corresponf with a guy called PHANUEL! who then told us that he will have to charge us 200 each for cancellation, mind you which was not we missed our bus because of their negligence. PHANUEL THEN GAVE US THE NUMBER OF THE OWNER, whom we also corresponded with via whats app....we told him our grievance and still has not yet given us a responsE</p> <p> </p>

<p>Weeks before Friday 5 August I bought a bus ticket from ATLANTIC CHARTERS AND TOURS for R550 to go visit my sickly grandmother. She passed away before I got there, but obviously I wanted to spend time with and support my grieving mother.</p> <p> </p> <p>The bus ticket to Graaff-Reinet (said departure time was 8pm, but it turns out the bus had left at 7pm. There were no more buses going to GRT that night. The next day I went to the Checkers branch where I'd bought the ticket and the manager there called around to find out that the bus time had changed since I bought the ticket, but I had received no notification of this. I bought another bus ticket, although lost precious time with my mother. The manager was told that if I SMSed my bank details to ********** 664 I would be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>After receiving no response to my SMS requesting a refund, and speaking to one Mr Shamil Sydow over the phone more than once, I am still waiting for any kind of recognition or refund from the bus company. Apparently one Mr Groenmeyer was supposed to deal with it, but he never phoned me back after I called his secretary.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst service I have ever experienced with a bus liner and I am appalled by the utter lack of accountability shown by its representatives. </p>
