Booked this bus for the kids and it didn’t show up , I can’t get a number anywhere online to call and request my refund . No form of communication done to advise if it’s not going to come .
Ordered food on the 22nd of Aug and it was a cash payment - food was delivered and driver paid. Ordered again on the 29th Aug and changed payment to card but instead of accepting the new order, they deducted the same amount of the previous order which was paid cash. I've been sending numerous emails and no response. I want my money back
I took a temp loan and before they could deduct I lost my job and I recently started working and called fnb to let them know and they advised that I was handed over to Collections Company and I then called the Company and made an arrangement with them because I couldn't afford the whole amount but to my suprise after my money came in , 2 debit orders went off which is from collections company as per arrangement and FNB on the side took the while amount and this is an inconvenience for me because I made the arrangement for a reason. I recently spoke to a guy called Clifford Makhubeni who hasn't been any help because after I sent an email and CC his manager C Gomes and none of them have responded back and his phone goes answered. The collection company also sent me an email thanking me for the payment of the arrangement and wanted to know when will the next debit order go off so I'm confused as to what is happening. I need someone to get back to me because this is ridiculous. I need that money , it's my first month at work and I have other debit orders because I'm behind. I'm really annoyed that no one us getting back at me.
