Rented a motorcycle for one day. Supplier was unable to rent bike on 3/3/2021, and insisted on delivering the motorcycle to my hotel. Upon arrival, finding that appropriate online paperwork had not yet reached my email, the invoice and request for hold on my credit card was re-sent, even though I already made full payment for the rental. I was treated rudely by the owner of the business, and the transaction was cancelled, but the merchant refused to refund the payment I've made.
