Disappointing service
I was thoroughly disappointed when I got Emile and his team to come seal a leaking roof. Foolishly I did this during winter, when it didn't rain. The soon the first rains came and my roofed leaked again. When I called them about that, their response were to send another quote to seal the gulleys on the roof! Not fixing the problem. Poor service
While we were regular customers since this store opened, tonight we were disappointed to on a cold and rainy Sunday afternoon while we waited for ever for our food order. While waiters and managers checked on us at the beginning of our visit, the longer we waiter, the scarcer they became. What a way to ruin a reputation! While we were regulars, I'm afraid we won't be back.

GS Africa Rentals and Tours backs out of transaction after full credit card payment for service rendered was completed.
Rented a motorcycle for one day. Supplier was unable to rent bike on 3/3/2021, and insisted on delivering the motorcycle to my hotel. Upon arrival, finding that appropriate online paperwork had not yet reached my email, the invoice and request for hold on my credit card was re-sent, even though I already made full payment for the rental. I was treated rudely by the owner of the business, and the transaction was cancelled, but the merchant refused to refund the payment I've made.
