Dropping Zero turn into hallaal so sad
What a disgrace- so sad that Doppio Zero Benoni lakefield turned into " halaal" use to meet 5 times a week with friends- no more from today....red wine taken out of the menu as if without red wine they become holy.....Frans

Doppio Zero Hobart Road don't serve patrons
Went to Doppio Zero at12:15pm at Hobert Road. Have never been made to feel so disgusted. We sat down and waited for 15 minutes, no one served us. The waiter who showed us to the table gave us the dirtiest menu we have ever received. Someone spilt coke all over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So after we were not served, and 6 waiters just walked passed us. WE WALKED OUT!! The same spirit that we had at Doppio Zero Pineslopes confronted us at Hobart road. Would not be surprised if the whole chain disappears. Management is AWOL? Prices off the charts!! Is it right for patrons to beg for service????????????????????????????

Great service Lusanda/ luyanda
Thank you Lusanda or Luyanda (male) for serving my friends and i after a terrible experience from rocco mama next door to you in Bellairs Their lack of service and your great service will win you alot of customers...we were commemorating a month since our friend died....on the 14 of Jan. We were broke honestly we each had 1 drink but you served us the same non the less Keep it up

Doppio Zero Sandton City terrible cake
I bought carrot cake the the Doppio Zero restaurant in Sandton city and it was absolutely terrible and a waste of money. They cake was very stale and dry, it was not fresh at all. And the cream cheese frosting was extremely tough, sticky and discoloured

Doppio Zero Sandton City terrible cake

Poor service
While we were regular customers since this store opened, tonight we were disappointed to on a cold and rainy Sunday afternoon while we waited for ever for our food order. While waiters and managers checked on us at the beginning of our visit, the longer we waiter, the scarcer they became. What a way to ruin a reputation! While we were regulars, I'm afraid we won't be back.

Poor service
While we were regular customers since this store opened, tonight we were disappointed to on a cold and rainy Sunday afternoon while we waited for ever for our food order. While waiters and managers checked on us at the beginning of our visit, the longer we waiter, the scarcer they became. What a way to ruin a reputation! Consumed poisonous chemicals in milkshake, worst experience!!!!!
We had a horrible experience at Doppio Zero Rosebank (The Firs) Sunday 09 November. We arrived after 4pm and ordered a chocolate milkshake and a G&T with pink tonic. My fiance received his milkshake and after having a huge sip told me something is wrong with the milkshake and he tasted what he described as chemicals, I hesitated but took a sip and as strong as ever tasted what I can describe as thick bleach, I stood up and spat the substance in the garden and took it to the area inside where they prepare drinks. The waitress asked me what was going on and I told her there are chemicals like bleach or domestos in the drink. She called the Manager who refuted my claims and I asked him to get a clean straw and taste the milkshake, he did and was shocked at the strong bleach taste, the waitress tasted it and ran to the back to spit it out, the guy who makes the milkshakes also tasted it and complained of the taste. The fact that nobody could explain to us how this happened is beyond me. We were apologized to and offered a new milkshake which is absolutely ridiculous after my fiance has ingested chemicals which are poisonous. We immediately left the restaurant however are disgruntled and want this matter investigated as my fiance consumed poisonous chemicals and this is deeply concerning.
