Thank you Lusanda or Luyanda (male) for serving my friends and i after a terrible experience from rocco mama next door to you in Bellairs Their lack of service and your great service will win you alot of customers...we were commemorating a month since our friend died....on the 14 of Jan. We were broke honestly we each had 1 drink but you served us the same non the less Keep it up
Even this 1 star ,i wouldn't give you... Im in th service industry so im very patient with people cos i really do understand... on valentines day my friends and i went to rocomamas in Bellairs for 2 reasons..1 we were commemorating a month of our friends passing, she died 14 jan. 2nd reason...im the only single one of the 3 so my freinds took me out for diner... We got there we asked one guy if we could sit at the corner table he said yes,the table was cleared by us,the guy didnt come to wipe the table ,or give us a menu absolutely nothing...we sat and talked about our friend ,the whole satff afte 7 minutes of sitting came and sang happy birthday to a gilr on the table Infrint of ours, at this time a white mature couple came in and sat in the middle table..... while they finished their song we waiting for for a menu still... and in typical SA style sadly the white couple was attended swiftly given menus while we sat at a dirty table... I said to my friends lets go... .we went to doppio zero right across rocomamas...as we walking up one guy ran to us and aaked if we had been served and I asked by who? And i told him exactly what happened.... Needless to say Dopio zero has always had exceptional service which we got right as we walked in......
After 2 days of deliberating and clearly asking the consultant at telkom about my need for wifi and and my lack of knowledge, i bought a mifi and was given 12g and 7 gig....didnt even last 24 hours ...i tried to recharge but the data is expensive...i specifically said i want i device i can plug in and pay monthly, not somethingvthat runs out after 1 night.... this is gonna be costly for me... I want to return the router and look at other options that fut into my finances.. im happyntoblay forbthe free data i got.... i bought this device yesterday 17h30 connected it 18h00 ...this morning at 11am data was finished . Only comnected tv and boys were on the phone watching you tube....i want something uncapped. Can i return it for a refund as it was nit explained clearly, also can i go to a different telkom store
Highly disappointed....I ordered a wig and paid extra to have it delivered overnight cos I needed it for a function....A WIG WAS DELIVERED BUT ITS NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED... I called was told there's nothing they can do for the hair I paid for a work function.... It's a maroon ,it's got a fringe ...its such **** nothing like I ordered now in stuck without hair for my function and no money in my account......
Last week we I ordered home wif and paid 305.... I then got a call from dsv and I told them I lost my ID can I use my passport or drivers for identification as both have my ID No..dsv said and they won't deliver I must call mtn. I've called mtn liters 10 times between Fri and today 15h22... sent from pillar to post NO ONE IS QUALIFIED TO ASSIST WITH MY QUERY...IM JUSY TOSSED AROUND.... I DROVE TO NICOLWAY MTN AND THEU LOGGED A REFUND... AND SAID IBMUST CALL MUT YOUR 083 135 IS USELESS AND THE ONE THAT 083123 2267 IS JUST AS APPALING...REFUND MY MONEY AMD KEEP YOUR HOME WIFI ILL USE VODACOM DONT KNWO WHY I BOTHERED WITH MTN.....
Been trying to revive my policy now for 4 months ...sent from pillar to post, with vague emails ...its like I'm talking to chat bots.the 1st lady I spoke to after OM lapsed my premium was great I sent everything to their email address and from there since NOVEMBER i speak to different consultants and they dont follow up , when u call again u must explain again and nothing happens I called today I requester a call back ....I did get a call but their line after theady said hi ...went straight to the end where I had to rate the call during my explaining to her and NATURALLY she didn't bother calling me back....At This Point I'm happy to change insurance and pay a little more for efficiency... keep the money if the intent is to drag it out so as for me to lose ....I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OM AND THIS IS MY SECOND TIME ON HELLO PETER FOR THE SAME ISSUE!
I paid and requested for urgent delivery.... Today THULANI went to the wrong shopping centre and refused to drive to correct one which is across the street....he then had the audacity to tell me to send someone ....I paid for delivery why didn't he want to do his job and get off his b and deliver the parcel...my colleagues didn't find him cos he was still at the wrong centre across the road, their whatspp6line was just as useless as they kept referring me to contact the same WhatsApp I was communicating on with them, no one answered the phone for 9 minutes, t then I get an email saying no one was home.....and I'll be required to pay extra for another delivery.....and I won't..... cos the address given is sorbet Salo. Open 7 days a week till 5pm...there were people had he actually gotten out and delivered the parcel AS ALL DELIVERY PEOPLE DO...I didn't pay for PICK UP POINT....Thulani you are disgrace to your job and your buffalo shouldn't keep people like you around.... you went to the wrong centre don't lie and say I wasn't home...I have proof of the Pic u send and the communication I then had with u where I told you we are across the road from where u went.... IM SURE THEYLRE ARE MANY DRIVERS WHO DONT HAVE A JOB WHO CAN REPLACE YOU.... BUFFALO I WANT MY ORDER AT THE CORRECT ADDRESS DELIVERED BY YOUR DRIVER OR FULL REFUND.
Went to checkers Sandton city at 3:15 to buy wine and a few other things for lunch boxes, naturally I went to the wine section 1st and I asked the guy if Ill be allowed to pay since 3:30 might hit while shopping for the rest of the things I needed,he then directed to the 2 ladies at the pancake section to process the payment FOR THE WINE,There were 2 ladies there the lady on the green hair blatantly refused saying they are busy with orders they can't help me...I then said it's just 1 wine and I don't want to have to hold 2 queues she said they not allowed to touch the system when then are busy looking at the pancakes *sarcastic* ...I held my queue and went to carry on shopping and there I saw her touching the system helping the lady who was wanting to buy Cake ...isn't it double standards? Also what's the protocol cos I had the wine long before cut off time? I'm generally appalled by the service in that store ,some don't even respond when u greet them back. I'm happy not to use it just thought you might want to know the segregation going on there or staff choosing who THEY want to help and who they don't ...I didn't catch her name but she dark, small/medium size with Olive Green BRAIDS. Will go to Pnp across the road in future
For 7 months many failed to revive my policy and left me hanging and I felt that Old mutual didn't care about me and my kids and that I was **********...I took my complaint to hellopeter and Shannon Wentzel took over my case and in less than 2 months my policy was revived.She was patient with me when I lost my cool and honestly I felt like her only client because of her constant communication and reassurance....she's done me a really great deal of good and she literally saved my kids lives.....as a mom they were my worry should anything happen to me while my policy was lapsed and getting no help...Shannon wentzel you're second to Jesus
