Logged a complaint Complaint Case 56973221 to have a few matters resolved. It is nearly a month and still my account is still on Prestige Banking. I have asked for it to be reverted back due to multiple breakdowns in poor service. Currently I am in the USA away on a work and was advised of further poor service to lounges etc. Since I am paying for the account but still terrible service. I don't know who my prestige banker is. Never been contacted. Had less access to my funds when I got the upgrade. In a nutshell I paid more and got less.
My wife has been without a car for over a month. Her income has drastically decreased with more possibilities of her losing more clients because of an accident caused by your client to her car. Today Dennis has proven to consistently be the most unhelpful person overhearing the information over the last months as he keeps on saying the same thing with no answers. It is with the assessors is his answer. They are looking at it..... Overhearing the conversation being the 6 October told my wife that today was suppose to be the day that feedback from the assessor is to be given. Guess what King Price just the same nonsense once again. All the documents given, checked, jumping through hoops and guess what. Nothing !!!!!!!!!!!! No answer, no feedback. Just looking. Looking at What ???? Assessing What ???? Rather the same story sounding like nothing is happening because from my standpoint nothing is happening. Please advise ASAP what is happening? Who is the assessor? What is the delay? Who is Dennis's supervisor ? He clearly does not have a cooking clue on how to do his job that other insurance companies are wanting to assist for free. For example Outsurance. Nothing royal about King Price just knowing how to bring people to rags.

I am typing this on behalf of my wife because of the traumatic ruthless gutless experience she has had with Budget Insurance. She was in a accident on 3 September 2025 where she was rear ended. Accident Report done at Honeydew Police station Accident Report Number: 42/09/2025 with the person Carolyn Cell:083 389 4411 who bumped her and accepted responsibility of the accident. On the same day being 3 September 2025 all the particulars was given of the person that bumped my wife that caused the accident with the reference number being 778665544101 given from Budget Insurance. Then Budget Insurance thanked my wife for the call and advised they will get the car towed away to be assesed and they will contact the person that bumped my wife to sort out the claim accordingly. Last week Thursday the 4 September 2025 Martin from Magalies Auto Centre Cell 082 895 8991 towed Hyndai i10 to 91 Banfield, Industria to be assessed. Insurance advised my wife to be patient as they would contact her on the 9 or 10 September 2025. Kindly note the car is still at 91 Banfield, Industria based off Magalies Auto Centre CC reference 70092. Now she gets the call today being the 10 September with many unexpected accusations to my wife. - First one is Budget Insurance is not paying. Note that the conversation was had that you would contact the person and the other insurance being King Price. Details of the person that rear ended my wife was already given. Clearly contact has not been made. - Seconldy you have left my wife with trauma after she has had a traumatic experience with even having a visit to the Doctor concerning her whiplash. - Thirdly you are suppose to be assisting my wife. Now you bassically have said it is not your responsibility. My past experience with various insurances and claims this has got to be the most unsatisfying and looks like you have stole my wifes hard earned cash of her paying monthly premuims. All of this is showing signs of how syndicates work with people on the inside that ***** cars and rob clients with day light *******. - Lastly please adivse if you will continue to ***** or help my wife? Systems are failing Standard Bank. Just in this week alone the following has transpired since an upgrade of my account which feels like a downgrade right now. - News Cards Not Ready or Delivered because of the system. - Debit Order going off from Standard Bank when it was not suppose to. - Inconvenience still not rectified after a 30 minute call this morning. - Other charges caused by inconvenience to be investigated when it should be reversed reference: 7067960285 - Account still in a negative balance causing more charges and fees which I am guessing will not be reversed as well based off my call and would require another investigation because of system issues.
Made an order on Tuesday and took delivery today being Wednesday. That was extremely quick with great updated communication consistently about my delivery, drivers whereabouts, etc.
If Aramex is the delivery company for any future purchases I am cancelling my order immediately and requesting a refund. Got a phone call which ended up being empty promises once again. So many consumer protection violations has transpired in communication, expectations of delivery, execution. Poor apologies, no follow ups and leaving me waiting for goods purchased from Toys R Us who has tried to help but the clearly their efforts where meaningless. What is suppose to take 3-4 days to deliver is now 3-4 weeks. Will pursue the correct procedures with the Consumer Protections Services as my previous Hellopeter complaint was empty including my email communication to Toys R Us and Aramex.
Ordered two items last month and I am still waiting for delivery. Have tried to contact Aramex which is extremely difficult to do because I get not feedback at all. Reference number of this delivery is TOYS2000173855. Problem is they said they have contacted but I have only gotten an email on the 2 December 2024 about delivery and still nothing has been received.
Not able to make contact with them after they have said they have made contact with me. Checked tracking number TOYRS2000173855 and all I see unfortunately is lies as not contact has been made and no delivery made. Toys R Us are using a company that is unreliable, poor communication and not able to make any personal contact. Have made special means to be ready to collect the packages but still no delivery or contact was made.
Was promised multiple times a transfer of a loan increase will be resolved since 31 October 2024. This is terrible because I was advised multiple times that this matter will be concluded and the transfer will be done. Still waiting as multiple broken promises has occurred. Clearly the customer service is actually -10 right now. The last call I had I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and transferred to the customer service survey. P.S. No one bothered to call me back.
