Bought a quarter chicken. AS tough as nails. Probably cooked 6 times over. Obviously, no management or chef inside. Most probably a ****a shop special?? Cannot believe how poor the products and service are. Even the restaurant was empty with the waiters looking totally dis-interested. Certainly not a patch on Broadacres SPAR. Will never got there again if I dont need to
Went to Doppio Zero at12:15pm at Hobert Road. Have never been made to feel so disgusted. We sat down and waited for 15 minutes, no one served us. The waiter who showed us to the table gave us the dirtiest menu we have ever received. Someone spilt coke all over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So after we were not served, and 6 waiters just walked passed us. WE WALKED OUT!! The same spirit that we had at Doppio Zero Pineslopes confronted us at Hobart road. Would not be surprised if the whole chain disappears. Management is AWOL? Prices off the charts!! Is it right for patrons to beg for service????????????????????????????

Mugg & Bean Dainfern is most probably the single most idiotic set up in the group. A doe baking machine in the restaurant makes so much noise you can hardly hear your friend next to you. Why they dont have this in the back of their shop makes NO SENSE. It's got to the point where we will move else where. The coffee is putrid. The M&B in Paulshof serves palatable coffee- but NOT DAINFERN. Have frineds who refuse to have the dishwater
Ordered a cappuccino! Cup cracked! asked waiter to take back! Changed order to Latte! He said he would have to pay for cracked cup??????????????? Barrister should be charged- not waiter!!!! Then when I was to pay the wanted to charge me for the cappuccino!!! What an evil process!!!!!!!!!!!

At Bryanpark shopping centre nearly run over by one of the 60Sixty delivery scooters in a pedestrian crossing where a car and another 60Sixty scooter stopped for me. This absolute disregard by the scooters for the traffic laws is getting out of hand. Slowly but surely if the CEO of Checkers does not stop this madness there will be deaths attributed to him. I will be glad to testify in such a case!!! All 60SIXTY Scooters should have a large number on their scoot and the drivers should log in every morning. So many scooters drive in the wrong direction of traffic etc. THIS HAS TO STOP. DONT talk to me about the ******s in the country, when these undisciplined and out of control drivers kill a child. Your manager at Bryanpark is useless
Standard Bank have closed so many ATM's in Sandton North you wonder whether they still want business. They have closed over 10 ATM's in the 4 Ways Bryanston area, that you start wondering whether they still want clients or are running out of money. What took 10 minutes in the past now can take between 30 to 60 minutes. So bad it has got.
Easyjet cancelled a flight in their call centre INCORRECTLY. It was their fault This was a flight from Luton to Geneva BRYTE/ DINERS /STANDARD BANK DO NOT COVER you for airline mistakes So, what's the point of taking out insurance. The plane can crash as a fault of the airline, but a CALL CENTRE fault they will not cover. How absolutely, ludicrous. The airline can lose your baggage or cancel a flight (both errors) but the error in the CALL CENTER they will not pay for!!! So, you are STRANDED. They will find every excuse under the sun not to pay you. Your Diners Club insurance administered by Bryte is meaningless. Be aware!!!
