Disappointing Service
Still waiting for my package since yesterday. I've received several sms notifications of delivery before 5pm and no package has been delivered. The service call centre is pointless is they don't have the contact number of the driver, they can only track the vehicle's location. No contact or update has been made from Takealot on whether the delivery will be delayed and I can even change my delivery address.

Absolute Nightmare
I booked tickets for me and my family to Cape Town through Pick n Pay and got confirmation with the printed tickets. On the day of departure when we arrived at Park Station we were told that not only were there no Atlantic buses but that they could not pick up our ticket even though we were getting endless messages reming us of our trip. The teller who was serving us was even smug about it saying that it happens all the time. When we tried to call both Atlantic and Pick n Pay Travel their offices were closed. So now we are stranded. Our hotel bookings and activities that have been paid and cannot be refunded have gone to waste. How do you operate like this.

False advertising
I was looking for two pairs of heels from the Boity x Legit range in which none all FOUR of the store that I went to dont have them. When I asked the the staff if they can assist in checking which stores they do have them they said they cant help because they dont have the style numbers. Both the shoes are STILL being advertised on print and your website as well as your social media sites as being available. When I made a query about that on your site I received a call from a lady who wouldnt give me her name. She said she received my query and asked my shoes , when I told her she said I can go the the Alberton store as thats the only store they have them. Why must I go the Alberton store when your campaign states that they are available at all stores.

Received phone and sim but unable to activate sim
I accepted a cellphone contract with sell direct over the phone and was told I would receive the phone in ten days, the consultant I spoke to was Tasmeeha and she assured that the sim card would be activated. When I received the package everything was there except the sim did not have a number. When I tried to call Selldirect it just kept ringing. Now I'm stuck with a phone I can't use
