Placed an order on Nov 2025,an orange dress. The dress was delivered successfully to me on the 6th of December 2025 but due to wrong sizing it didn't fit. I had to lodge in a return through their emails, from the minute it didn't fit, they did not reply,had to go to their nearest store and they told me they're not doing any refund on the items I bought online. Write countless of emails and they successfully rep**** saying that my dress will be collected by their courier guy. 12 of February this year they collected my dress, they didn't even alert me if the dress was in their wearhouse. Wrote emails and they rep**** to say refunds take 7-14 working days. Even now I'm still writing them emails since that 14 days has elapsed they do not reply to any of my email. I don't even know what to do because I need that money.

LEGiT Store has the worst customer service . Bought shoes at Eastgate tried to return them at their store at Clearwater Mall the Manager refused to assist me and she was very rude her colleague apologised on behalf but she did not . Tried to log a complain with their customer service still have not received feed back its been a week . i will never buy in that store again

Buying things online at Legit Retailability) is such a hassle. I tried to return the goods at a physical store & was told they do not do returns for online purchases. Now I must wait for Monday to call them & hope that they can send a courier to come collect

I have bought a jumpsuit from Legit store on the 15th of January 2026 online and it was delivered with 4 days unfortunately the jumpsuit didn’t fit me it was big,I tried to go to physical store to do refund and the said they can’t refund me because I bought using Payflex method I should do return online,I did log a return and the parcel was collected on the 05th of February 2026, I tried communicating with them via email till today they have not refunded me but they busy deducting money on my Payflex account. I tried calling their customer care they just keep saying they will get back to me till today I have got a feedback.I’m very disappointed on their service.

I bought shoes at Legit store in Randburg Mall The shoes are very slipper and thought that it will change as time goes by The she's are not fit a safe to walk in On the 22nd of January 2026, I slipped and fell when wearing these shoes. I was walking on the side of the road on pavement. I did not tramp on anything. I hurt my legs and bum I than reported the incident to Legit and they asked me to return the shoes. I was clear in my email that I got hurt on my way to work and had to be emotionally embarrassed infront of people due to the above and had to go to the chemist to get medication as I did not have money to go to a doctor Legit asked me to return the shoes which I did and they reimbursed me with the amount I paid for the shoes Legit showd no remourse towards me and I requested to be compensated They now rep**** stating they want a doctors note which I clearly stated I don't have. Till today they have not responded So this clearly shows that they do not care about the wellbeing of their customers 🙄 What do customers do when they give support and get disrespected

I ordered online in November from Legit clothing store. I never received my order , to a point whereby I asked them for a refund. It’s been more that 2 months now with out them giving me my refund. I’ve been calling, writting DM’s for their Legit instagram store and emailing their customer care; but still no assistance. The last email said their finance department is giving them hard time. How is that my problem? I paid for items and I never received them, now they are failing to refund me. How much patience should a person have?

They are the worst when it comes to customer service. A customer should not have to beg for their refund. I've been emailing them.and calling with no success. Do not buy anything online from Legit.
