I placed an online order on the 4th of May 2026, the only communication I got from the store was the confirmation of my purchase. Today the date is the 12th of May 2026 and there’s still no communication from the store. I called their customer care line, they also don’t have anything tangible to say about my order. They escalated it but still I haven’t received any communication from this store. This is the last time I am purchasing anything from Legit ever again.

I ORDERED MY SHOES ON THE 29TH APRIL VIA ONLINE SINCE FROM THE 4TH YOUR COURIER DPD LASER HAVE BEEN CANCELLING MY ORDER THOSE THINGS NEED TO GO TO BOTSWANA HENCE I MADE THE ORDER EARLY BUT YOUR USELESS COURIER KEEPS CANCELLING WHY ARE YOU ACTUALLY STILL HAVING CONTRACT WITH SUCH A BAD COMPANY WHICH IS ACTUALLY BRINGING LEGIT REPUATION DOWN IWANT MY ORDER TODAY IF NOT CANCEL THAT ORDER AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TODAYYYYYYYYYY. I USE MY MONEY TO CONTACT THE COURIER THIS REALLY BAD SERVICE I WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED TODAY.

Good evening. I am writing this with utter dissatisfaction and disappointment. I had made a laybuy at Legit store Heidedal and unfortunately had to cancel it sooner however I lost my slip and was told that I need to do an affidavit and come with my ID. I did so and when I went back to the store I was given stories that I would have to wait until 29 May 2026,how so when that is my money? Please kindly attend to this matter as I now want to cancel any association with that store.
