I was doing so well ordering online groceries n clothing.n my last order had a buffer amt R55. Some rhetoric sats if amount differs from.actual order will be refunded 3 to 5 days.still waiting for that buffer amount am going back n forth with emails and all rhetoric about previous refund of peanuts no stock n that's was refunded to me tnx... ow my emphasis is on My BUFFER REFUND R55..

Hi I placed a order sorry can't rember the date...n ordered so that I get before going on holiday. I fully understand all the public holidays in between That said I tracked my order today n courier says on it way to Johannesburg? But I am in Durban? Please legit make it make sense.way past the 5 to 7 working days.thanks

Hi it's do frustrationing they just not fixing my locked account online.deapite numerous emails calls n texts..just reply call head office.they called me back twice n my issue is still not resolved. Am up6n angered by this inefficientcy.

Hi.i have tried via emails watapp chat n even called head Office re: my account online.head Office said no issues up-to-date payments however couldn't give reason why n said try again.i tried a few time then same ACCOUNT LOCKED???!!! Watsapp takes forever to respond.i am so disappointed 😥 n no happy responses. Very clean beautiful entrance reception..rooms neat n tidy Good linen everyday changed.can improve on food menus.n quicker actually fastest delivery of orders scripts from Dr's to pharmacy Way too slow n nurses have to keep answering to us Not fair or nice When in pain must be controlled on timely meds.tjanks
