This system must be the ****test system ever its even worse when its people can barely help with anything im currently sitting in the dark iv been trying to make communication yesterday when i figured I cant purchase any credits in the stupid site now its late electrcity is cut off and not a single assistance just a unch of useless ****s really
So a guy and lady by the name of Waheed and Shakeera who works for your company telephone numbers: 074 973 46 46 and ********** 103 respectively. These people helped with transporting my household goods for an amount of R 3200.00 that was was entirely paid on Saturday aftenoon. The arrangement was that I would get my things on Monday 18/03/2019. 17/03/2019 I received a call from the Johannesburg bus station to say i must collect my things and told them the arrangment was that I get my household things 18/03/2019 following that my couch had not been transported and only received an sms that my couch was not transported when I got to the bus station I was told to pay a storage fee which was never part of the arrangment and had to deal with absolutely completely RUDE ****ing staff that just told me i had to pay for storage fee et alone my items were not all there when I needed them. They failed to tell the Johannesburg office they damn lied getting my thhings in Johannesburg a day before now I had to pay R 800.00 for something i did not arrange for let alone not bringing everything on time when i have paid. Kindly note i have taken legal steps i want my R 800.00 back and will get it back including transport fees i have to pay for two days consdering again tomorrow i must go get my couch. Please do soething about your rude staff and if not i will do something about it. You can call me on ********** to arrange my refund and pain and suffering from your rude staff.
