Shocking Service from Atlantic Glass & Aluminuim

On 4/03/15, I placed an order for a sandblasted solid glass door with AG&L. I was informed that the door would be delivered and fitted within 2 weeks from date of order. I paid for the door in full on order.<br> 3 weeks later, no feedback, no door. I called on AG&L to follow-up, only to be presented with a door that was not to my specification. Jody Waters, who had originally served me, denied even receiving these specifics of the order. Upon investigation, his order book confirmed my order as to my specs. He did not even have the decency to apologise for his error! I was promised AGAIN that the correct door would be delivered & fitted on Wednesday 8/04/15. THIS DELIVERY DID NOT OCCUR!! On the 10/04/15, I received a call from a Chris at AG&L, asking me if they could come and deliver on this day @11am. This door was delivered NOT FITTED after 12 noon that day. TOTALLY against the fully paid for specification - to deliver AND FIT!! I escalated to the owner/manager Basil van Eck, left 6 messages for him with Doreen & Lorraine, and none were ever returned and my matter was never attended to. The door is laying on it's side in my passage! Jody even denies I had paid for supply AND fitting!
