A Vending machine at Groote Schuur Hospital took my R20. 00 but did not give me what I purchased.

At Groote Schuur Hospital there is this Atlantic Vending machine on the A-Floor.

I made a purchase with R20.00 note but did not receive my item, neither did I receive my refund.

I dialled the sales and service no. 0719514505 several times with no response. I left a whatsapp message to which I received an automated response saying they will attempt to my complaint as soon as possible. It's been 2 days now. I called again today and sent a message but no response.

At this point this is not about whether I get my R20 back or not but the inconvenience I went through.
