I am a maintenance Manger at Sir Juice Devland Gauteng . I was very disappointed at the service that Atlas Copco delivered on the 29th July 2015. I had a problem with my compressor which i recommended to my Company which was the best compressor in S.A. with past experience i had with Atlas Copco compressors and the best help and service a person could ask for so i recommended them to Sir Juice .<br> I phoned them and told them that i have a problem they sent a person that only does services strip the machine tells my assistance that he does not know what he is doing and he has never done this before .Fitted an old part left the pipe out to say the pipe is leaking i must fit a new one not testing the machine wants to charge me R8000.00 for his call out for a uncompleted job with the results my compressor is still not working I feel this bad service was to get me to sign a service for R15000.00 which would have bought the total R23000.00 Well done Atlas Copco . <br> It would have been better if they had said we repair now but I must have a service in order to guarantee a good Atlas Copco machine How could i have relayed this to my management to convince them that it would be worth it.
