Worst after-sales ever—service kit, or parts, or just regular filters. Phone etiquette sucks! Don't even think I will get the service kit I need anytime soon—I'll just get aftermarket parts that will get the machine in working order again

Worst after sales ever. Purchased a ***** compressor from them in 2020. Now the temperature switch is faulty and I’m still waiting for quote from them for over 10 days now and waiting period for part is 12 days

After what I’ve been subjected to I consider Atlas Copco to be the most useless company in the entire world. I e-mailed them for a generator quote – no reply. I phoned them for a generator quote and was told I’d get the quote the next day; but 2 days later, nothing. I phoned them again and was told to submit an e-mail, which I did and yes you’ve guessed correctly – no reply. Clearly they are in a class of their own – the ultimate “no reply” of companies. Well with all due respect they can stick their product where the sun doesn’t shine. By the way, don’t bother replying.

Dear Atlas Copco Polokwane honestly if i could give NO STAR AT ALL I WOULD HAVE !!!!!! , your driver with REG NO DSZ 534 L drives recklessly skipping robots almost crashing into me and other people ....He then keeps on speeding over the red Robot and throws signs AT US!!!! (Middle finger) laughing as if its a joke to make accidents !!!! WHAT THE HELL ....I would like to inform you that this MAN is ruining your company name I would suggest that you take away the vehicle from as he is going to cause someone's DEATH driving the way he is driving , what he did today 03 September 11 am at cycad center 4 way robot was almost a big collision with many vehicles behind me and you should prevent this guy from causing a HUGE collision with others in the future..... I fear for the people on the road with THIS MANIAC on the roads of Polokwane , does he even have a license??? , he purposely skipped the RED robot for him almost causing a crash in the turning lane. Just drove into the people in the turning lane not waiting his turn. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED !!!!! I HAVE PICTURES OF HIM AND THE BAKKIE IF YOUD LIKE ME TO FORWARD IT TO YOU

<p>We bought construction machiner from them with a 3 month guarantee. One month after we started working with it it broke. We, as the client, is forced to pay for the new parts untill analysis of damagedparts can prove it is a factory fault then we might get our money back.</p> <p>Put you aftersales service 1st.</p>

I am a maintenance Manger at Sir Juice Devland Gauteng . I was very disappointed at the service that Atlas Copco delivered on the 29th July 2015. I had a problem with my compressor which i recommended to my Company which was the best compressor in S.A. with past experience i had with Atlas Copco compressors and the best help and service a person could ask for so i recommended them to Sir Juice .<br> I phoned them and told them that i have a problem they sent a person that only does services strip the machine tells my assistance that he does not know what he is doing and he has never done this before .Fitted an old part left the pipe out to say the pipe is leaking i must fit a new one not testing the machine wants to charge me R8000.00 for his call out for a uncompleted job with the results my compressor is still not working I feel this bad service was to get me to sign a service for R15000.00 which would have bought the total R23000.00 Well done Atlas Copco . <br> It would have been better if they had said we repair now but I must have a service in order to guarantee a good Atlas Copco machine How could i have relayed this to my management to convince them that it would be worth it.
