I have ordered a gift for someone at the End of June. The goods were not in stock so I had to wait. Eventually of the 144 Glasses I ordered only 12 Glasses were delivered, completely different to what i ordered. goods were returned and I got a Credit for the 12 Returned glasses but nothing for the rest that was ordered and not delivered. I have contacted the Call Centre and after weekly follow ups still no response from them. I have contact a Legal Representative to file a civil case against them. I tried to white a review on their platform but upon submitting my review was "Declined" . . . So they know they deliver a poor service though they cannot take responsibility... I highly recommend that everyone boycott them for a month to give them time to get their house in order. maybe then they will realize how serious we, their clients, are about service delivery and have our voices heard. please be weary to ever buy anything from them.
I Have Upgraded 8 of Corporate Cellular Contracts in September 2020. Heck what a Good deal, for every Samsung phone you take you get a Free 32" TV... What a Racket, I have now been waiting for 21 Weeks (It should have taken 6 weeks) for the TV Units to be delivered and not Vodacom or Samsung can give me an answer. Vodacom claims it is a Samsung deal so it is out of their hands. Samsung will follow up to no avail. a String of reference numbers and now "Cancelled " orders but no sign of TV's. Please do net get fooled with Scammers like Vodacom and Samsung. Take a stand alone phone and pay for what you get!!!

The Courier Guy used to be such a good Courier when we just opened the account. The collections and deliveries are still on time but the Account is in Shambles. We have been fighting month after month with them because of incorrect invoices charged to our account and again our account is on hold... We cannot deal with Incompetent personnel and non-working phone lines to try and resolve. No manager bothers to reply to emails or try to assist and resolve. Use any other courier service but beware of The Courier Guy, they Scam you into having to pay for service which they have not rendered.

We, as the client, is forced to pay for the new parts untill analysis of damagedparts can prove it is a factory fault then we might get our money back.</p> <p>Put you aftersales service 1st.</p>

<p>We have bought a 32 Seater Bus From Isuzu truck world. Since the 1st day we have had mechanical failures on the bus. Now, not even a week later the bus broke down and we have to carry the cost for repairs untill such time that an "independent" analysis can prove that it is in fact a factory fault. then we might get our money back.</p> <p>Surely the after sales service should cover malfunctioning equipment especialy within 7 days of delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
I have requested a Settlement quote on an Existing Honda, to trade in on a new Honda.<br> I went to the Dealership on 19/09/2015, they only sent me a reply on the 22/09/2015. They quoted all the incorrect details of my current vehicle and wanted to give me 35% less trade in than market value, which my vehicle only has 53000Km and in showroom condition. <br> After numerous phone calls I managed to get a manager to call me on 05/10/2015 to touch base on the deal in question. Today 07/10/2015 still no call from the dealership?<br> They obviously have more business than they care to handle. Advisable to use alternate service centre on change car brand.
