ATM Solutions your service stinks

At our filling station we have an ATM Solutions Station - One of our clients withdraw some money, just to find the one R100 note is torn on the one side where the note number is. He phoned ATM Solutions and the service received was utterly disgusting and the person on the phoned instructed him to go to any bank to resolve. What utter nonsense is this. Service is of non-existence and for the person at ATM Solutions it is just a means of earning a salary, no pride at all.
